I have had a professional profile with Houzz for the last 3 years, and as I was reluctant to join, I am very happy that I did! Big thank you to my profile management for her knowledge and patience throughout those years.

HOUZZ in general helped me a lot with exposure and getting more work that I could ever dream off. it is the perfect platform and setup for me so I am very grateful for being able to use it. My account manager is also very proactive, positive, professional and informative. She know how to update me whenever needed but without imposing unnecessary info. the interaction is always natural, happy, flawless and very helpful and I enjoy this conversations very much.

My Houzz Manager Stephanie has been absolutely fantastic.
I only receive the very best information to help analyse our business on a monthly basis.
It's been a joy working with her over the past few years and could wish for a better partnership!

I was initially wary of houzz, I didn’t want to spend more on advertising but I was reassured the site does get quality leads for work and rest assured it does! I have over the last year secured large contracts by using the tools and help of my account manager steph. She has been great and helped me throughout the process and I have now renewed my subscription for another year.

You have to understand how this site works but once you master it with the help of your account manager its very useful. We get lots of leads from the site and have a good conversion rate.
Its very important to get an acct manager who understands your business and works well with you , We are very fortunate to have Stephanie as our acct manager , with her guidance we have expanded our business to add a successful loft conversion arm , thank you Houzz and Stephanie

We don't get many customers and they are usually for services we don't do or they want it for very cheap which is not what we are advertised as. We also don't get notified about the customer by email until a few days later, it is also very rare that the customer replies to us and extremely rare that the customer actually follows through and places an order.

We appreciate the concierge phone calls & live leads, thats amazing. The information on customer enquiries is very good, & immediately put us into respond options.

We've been using Houzz for the last 4 years and after the physiological few months of setting up and tuning of our profile, we are now in a position of constant flow of leads and interesting projects. We've been dealing with a great account manager and she's always been super positive, engaged and bringing new ideas or new features on the table. Highly recommended

Although we asked our renewal to be cancelled in good time before expiry it seems that according to the small print that they call T&C they renew a month in advance without any notification, i.e. checking if the customer is really happy with the service and would like to continue.
It is the 2nd time when this is happening as we got stung back in 2016 but last year a good sales person with a great presentation of how wonderfully Houzz has changed persuaded us. The reality is very different as there is no change.

Was promised plenty of work, little has materialised. Was told would be about £100+VAT pcm, its £179, Was told i can cance my membership at any point.
Have been trying to cancel, and they wont listen. They get you by taking your bank card number so you cant cancel (unless you change bank card numbers, or your bank has facility to block future card payment from them)
Website looks amazing, and if the product was as good as it looks they would stand by the results.
Also trying to bully me into submission with a signed contract (not my signiture) and getting managers involved. Its a joke, waste of time and money. Been with them over 6months, so i know. Shame really as appears to have great possibilities and got a lot of useful features. More like an old school timeshare company approach to customers and making money.

Will update this post once i finish dealing with the current dispute.

If i could give zero star i would, i am unable to cancel my contract with them and now i am stuck paying for something i don’t use. Don’t waste your time signing up to them.

UPDATE see below. Worst customer service ever! I raised several emails via the help centre regarding a membership that I didn’t request after payments were taken out of my bank, even one payment after I had emailed them asking them to stop. I received a generic response informing me that my inquiry was solved despite it not being solved at all. I’m still waiting for my refunds of 3 x £49 and if not it’s going to court! The help centre is useless. UPDATE after stumbling on Houzz at Decorex I spoke to a human! Result … after telling him my issue I spoke to Nathalie, Product Support Manager who refunded all 3 payments. They still have much to do in terms of customer service but finally resolved.

Not as advertised for professionals. I gave Houzz a year as a 'pro' to generate useful, tailored leads and contribute to my small architectural practice. I didn't get a single piece of chargeable work via Houzz over the course of 12 months. Instead there was a constant stream of 'leads' from people that had simply created an account with Houzz, but didn't actually want to be badgered by people like me. Other 'leads' were almost always people wanting free advice/consultations. I've never sent out so many fee proposals with zero acceptance. Meanwhile the only impact of my Houzz pro membership was that when googling my business, the Houzz page popped up first - effectively I felt like I was paying them to promote the Houzz website, rather than my business. The whole process was demoralising and exhausting.

When I told them I didn't want to auto-renew the contract they ghosted me, ignoring dozens of emails, and in the end I simply cancelled the direct debit at the end of the contract period. They got in touch pretty quickly then to chase the money of course. I sent a few emails in response, and eventually blocked their emails and manually removed all my content from their website.

Just hugely pointless all round - would have been far better off shoving all that money - over £3k - into basic google ads.

Generally a really good service with a great team of people on board to support your business. Happy so far. They are always happy to help you solve an issue and to further develop the software.

I would like to protect all hard working trade people against this company. I had been promised lots of work by sales person, and told if not gonna be happy after 3 months, then can cancel membership. After 3 months we had 4 leads, for very little jobs with asap requests...
Tried to cancel membership - impossible.
Never been scammed like this before by big brand.

Unhelpful that Houzz U.K. reject customer reviews describing negative experiences of a company.

Houzz has a terrible user interface. It also takes down reviews at a companies' request even if they don't violate their review policy. I tried to warn others about a company I had a negative experience with, and they took down the review.
