I recently had the pleasure of staying at one of Hosteeva's exquisite rentals and I must say it was an excellent choice. From the moment I booked, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The accommodations were top-notch, with clean and spacious rooms that exceeded my expectations. Not to mention, the location was perfect for exploring the city. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, I highly recommend choosing Hosteeva for your stay. You won't be disappointed!

Fantastic Stay with Hosteeva!
Our stay with Hosteeva was fantastic! The property was clean, well-designed, and had everything we needed. The customer service was top-notch, and the location was perfect. Highly recommend Hosteeva for a great getaway!

Booked for a trip to Nola next October
After verifying all my information not only through VRBO but also Hosteevas own website they cancelled the reservation
After the first phone call I was told that they realized they could charge more so they were canceling to charge more
After calling VRBO hosteeva then decided to lie and say the reason they cancelled is because my card was fraudulent even tho it was verified TWICE and charged. They are scam artist and liars

Thankfully I didn’t complete a VRBO booking through Hosteeva. Reading through their terms and conditions, I couldn’t see any “service” they were providing for the renter. Then they wanted to me to scan and upload my drivers license?! If they were renting me a vehicle, I could understand that, but this was for a 5-day mountain stay. Perhaps it’s a way to profile customers without expressly saying that’s what they’re doing? I have rented with VRBO for years, so there’s a history of properly caring for rental properties-that can’t be used as an excuse. Bottom line, don’t agree to book a property that uses such a “service.” If you look at the “host fees,” you’re probably paying for this company to profile you—no thanks.

I booked a stay back in April 2023 with hosteeva at their myrtle beach location, and lets just say i was very disappointed. I was charged extra hidden fees for a room, that they stated i had done damage too. I followed all Check-out policies and still somehow was held responsible for the extra fees of cleaning of the linen and more. They over-drafted my banking account, and and kept the deposit. If you ask me, the owner pf the property and Hosteeva, are in on scamming and getting extra money from people. Especially people of color. I will never book with them again.
If i could afford a lawyer, I would very much have sued both the company and the Host and gotten all pf my money back. Very disappointed. I have inserted a video of how I left the room. And still was charged for damages.

Please save you money, if you don’t want to get scammed.

It was so clean. Everything we wanted. Excellent hottub and pool area. Not to mention it's right on the beach!

This is a parasitic company who provides zero service, the support phone number is just a pre recording that hangs up on you after keeping you on hold for 15 minutes. The properties are not clean, I cut my feet immediately on tiny pieces of glass. Do not ever use this criminal company.

They cancelled my rental out of the blue and as I tried to find out why or what could be done, the manager, Rodney, who was supposed to help NEVER called me. I tried him at least 25 times and he never answered his phone. The worst customer service ever. Never use this company.

Staying first time with Hosteeva, previously used only hotels and was skeptical to use vacation rentals. However, I was pleasantly surprised. Hosteeva provided great service, and we loved the the property!

Another unhappy party of Hosteeva not honoring their promised COVID Voucher. Anyone else that is having this issue need to file under Louisiana Attorney General (where their head quarters are located), google and then under Consumer Information to file.

I wouldn't even give them a star. I had prepaid rental in Hollywood 2020. Unfortunately, they were hit by a hurricane and agreed to 6 months extension. We all encountered a pandemic and when I questioned if we're given another extension; I was given and even written NO EXPIRATION! Called today to use it and they said its expired??? We couldn't use credits/ vouchers during a pandemic! Its BS. This is a scam! Don't use them!

It's only getting a one-star because I can't give anything less than that. I stayed in a long-term rental in Myrtle Beach South Carolina for 8 months between two properties. I have text messages from the property manager where he promised I would be getting my $600 deposit back. Instead my debit card was charged $197 on top of them keeping my $600 deposit. This company is a scam, the people working as so called property managers are a joke. They will lie to you and keep your money.

Hosteeva folks are great to deal with! They have multiple destinations to try out.

Booked vacation with hosteeva.com, and amazingly surprised. I had to make changes in my travel schedule, and the customer service went above and beyond to help me with my needs. The property was in Seattle we rent was super clean, and very professionally designed.
