Our condo at Orange Beach was Amazing! Great view, comfortable Beds and everything we needed! Hosteeva was a great host and very responsive! Enjoyed our vacation so much and will definitely be back!

This is a great place to stay in Mid-City. Right on the trolley line and close to great restaurants and City Park. Nothing fancy but it’s clean and comfortable. There are no hotels in the area so this is the perfect substitute. I’ve stayed here a couple time and will be back!

I’m writing this review to warn potential guests about my terrible experience with a vacation rental I booked through Vrbo/Hosteeva. The place was called Spacious Modern Condos, located near the French Quarter in New Orleans, Louisiana.

Upon checking in, we discovered severe plumbing issues. Raw sewage was backing up into the dishwasher, kitchen sink, and bathroom vanity. I had to endure raw sewage in the kitchen and bathroom for an entire three days.

To make matters worse, the elevators frequently shook and got stuck. Security personnel had to manually open the doors and evacuate occupants. The building is situated in an area where homeless individuals defecate on the walkway, adding to the unpleasantness of the environment. The parking lot emits an unpleasant odor and is infested with rodents.

To top it off, the church bell rings every hour, which was incredibly disruptive and prevented me from getting a good night’s sleep. It’s evident that Hosteeva customer service representatives lack a fundamental understanding of the importance of providing excellent customer service. If you’re looking to have a pleasant vacation, I strongly advise you to steer clear of this location.

The booking company is fast and responsive. I was hesitant due to not being aware of company prior. Overall very happy with customer service

Read the reviews and decided to stay. It was wonderful! View was amazing, balcony in living room and bedroom. Clean floors, nice smell, fresh towels, all dishes and kitchen was newer and clean. Kitchen was small but workable. Provided dish soap, paper towels, new scrub sponge and towels. Furniture was clean and stain free. Bed was comfortable and extra pillows and towels and blankets were provided along with a ironing board and iron. They really thought of everything! Already planning to come back!

Their customer service Sucks!! I do not recommend this company! Their responses are even worse! I feel sorry for the cabin owner that doesn’t realize their cabin is being ruined!

My Flight was cancelled due to a storm, and this hotel refused to provide a refund. I am from out of state and was going for the Rosario Flores Concert in March 14-16 which I bought for my wife for our anniversary, I lost on the tickets, The airlines refunded me the fare but this hotel refuses to work with AMEX to refund me. They have ignored AMEX for the last month and only want to offer a voucher for me to return to FLL. I have no plans on returning to FLL for 2 nights as I was only going there for the concert. This hotel is unwilling to work with any guest on things that are out of your control, I will tell anyone and everyone to stay away from this hotel as they show to be very unprofessional in handling these type of situations.

Andrew from parent company Hosteeva reached out to me and stated that this situation had not been escalated to them by the hotel management. Thankfully they were able to read my review in Trustpilot and have now issued a refund to my card received 04/29. Due to this I have changed the rating to 3 stars. Gorgeous cabin. So clean and welcoming. Perfect place for a cozy getaway. Perfectly placed in the foothills of the Smokey’s. I will be back!!! Without a doubt one of the best places I’ve stayed.

This was our first time staying at this company’s property in Big Bear, California, and the best way to describe our experience is exceptional. Everything about the property and how it was curated shows how much they care about their customers. Fantastic!

Circ Hotel by Hosteeva is one of the best hotels in Florida by far!!! Top tier!!!! Awesome service, kind staff, great ambience, delicious food and it’s super clean!! I absolutely love it here!! Stayed at the hotel about 3 times already and will always continue to book with them!! Overall 10/10!!! Would recommend this hotel to everyone I know traveling here!!

We had an incredible vacation in Miami! The property was excellent and the location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to do. The customer service team was very nice and accommodating, which made the whole experience even better. We loved it!

This stay involved a clear violation of platform policies and a serious misrepresentation of what was booked.

We booked and paid for a 4-bedroom condo with higher capacity and a proper view. After extending our stay directly with the management company (Hosteeva), we were substituted without our consent into two smaller adjoining apartments. Although the apartments had a similar layout, they were objectively lower value: reduced suitability for a group stay, inferior configuration, and a wall-facing view instead of the view shown in the original listing.

Despite receiving a downgraded accommodation, we were charged at a higher rate than the substituted apartments normally command, meaning we paid more than we should have for what we actually received. A condo is a single integrated living space; what we were given were two separate units with duplicated appliances and no shared living area. This substitution was never disclosed or approved and violates listing accuracy and host reliability standards.

Additional problems during the stay included:
• Air conditioning not working for more than three days (indoor temperatures around 78°F+)
• Smoke alarms malfunctioning and then removed instead of repaired
• Elevator out of service for the entire weekend
• Maintenance entering without notice
• Ongoing disruptions and poor coordination

Airbnb ultimately closed the case with only a partial refund, without addressing the core issue of the unauthorized downgrade and overcharging. Hosteeva’s compensation offer did not reflect the rate difference, loss of value, or disruption to the trip.

Importantly, reviews for this property and management company cannot be relied upon. Compensation was offered in connection with reviews, which undermines the integrity of review systems and is contrary to the policies of most review platforms.

The experience caused significant stress, exhaustion, and loss of enjoyment. We were able to enjoy only one day of what should have been a planned vacation.

This listing and management company should not be relied upon to deliver the unit advertised or to charge appropriately for the accommodation provided. Guests should confirm in writing that they will receive the exact unit shown at booking. Until these practices change, I cannot recommend this stay or Hosteeva.

Phoenix V in Orange Beach, AL was perfect. Check-in was super easy, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our unit was beautiful and exactly as seen in the pics. Centrally located to everything. Love their amenities with the heated indoor pool, 3 hot tubs and sauna that really hit the spot. Could not have asked for a better getaway from ND in December.

We had a sister trip in New Orleans. We were very happy with the condo. We had rented, it was a great location, roomy, everything that it said was going be.
Response time was quick to any questions.

First of all, if you read carefully, the bad reviews are by people who mentioned they refuse to take refunds to change to good ones.

Although the property was decent, here are the issues I had as someone coming from abroad for business:

-no response when I needed to confirm the address and needed to consult the hosteeva page print for this ...

- ... as nobody responded to me on booking.com FOR DAYS AND DAYS even through checkin .. nothing.

- You have to rely on their instructions. Even if you spend a LOT to call them on a local number as a person from abroad, they only send the directions to you again or some confusing instructions for a new door code, which we needed.

- I paid 7 francs for a call to ask for a code and the person on the line kept rambling and sent only the same instructions over and over and the old code then the new code

-on the LAST day someone from Hosteeva wrote me and tried to offer assistance. After dozens of messages and loads of confusion

-the stay was in New Orleans at a kind of bnb. The only expendables they left us were garbage bags and two laundry pods

-no diswasher tabs

-no condiments--not one spec of sugar or coffee or anything ... even a hotel or a bnb will give you this. It's a completely cheap cold feeling.

-the bathtub would not hold water so it drained fast ...

Our room totally met our expectations. There were tons of amenities at the place. The room was super comfy and cozy. The beds were really comfortable. The pillows were a bit stiff, however, besides that, everything was awesome. The location is perfectly spot on, walking distance to the pier, shops, and places to eat. Highly recommended ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is one of the most unique , very friendly owners, private ,quite little piece of sanquility that you wouldn't expect to find in Gulfport. It was decorated by someone with alot of experience and spared no costs to make it magical.

Hosteeva provided excellent service for our stay in Orange Beach at Bluewater 1501. Beautiful view from the condo on the beach, very clean and comfortable unit. We'll be back!
