Disappointing Experience
Absolutely the worst delivery experience I have ever had.
I ordered my sofa on June 29, 2026, and I am still waiting for it. It has been weeks, with repeated delays and multiple supposed “delivery attempts.”
What makes this even more frustrating is that I have security cameras at my home, and nobody came to my property during the times the tracking says a delivery was attempted. Yet the tracking system keeps giving different excuses, including saying no one was available, an incorrect building entry code, a vehicle breakdown, a misroute, road restrictions, and even a damaged address label.
The sofa was also marked “Out for Delivery” multiple times, including August 5, but somehow it still never arrived.
This is completely unacceptable. I have wasted so much time waiting, checking tracking updates, and trying to figure out where my order actually is. There has been zero reliable communication and no proper accountability.
I paid for a product and expect it to be delivered—not to spend over a month chasing the company and receiving excuse after excuse.
I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, seriously consider ordering somewhere else. The entire experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.
