Got ripped off
I needed a new windshield sprayer for a Honda Civic.Their website pulled up a part number and the picture showed the part I needed. I ordered 2, and they charged a buttload to ship them. The parts arrived and the part number matches but the part is not the same shown on the site and not the one that fits my car. They refuse to allow me to send them back to swap for the correct one. They are not legitimate and a scam.

Still getting the "we'll check into it and send you an email" response
The parts were a bit slow to arrive, especially considering the cost of shipping. However, I ordered the wrong parts and generated an RMA for return, which was approved. I returned the parts and received notification from UPS that they were delivered to the Dock and received by Parts. Two months and multiple e-correspondence and phone calls later, I am still getting the "we'll check into it and send you an email" response. And of course, have not received the emails or credit for the return.
On the upside (that's why 2 stars instead of 1), when I ordered the correct part, it still took some time to arrive, especially considering the cost of shipping, but it installed beautifully.
Service and Returns Department definitely has room for improvement.

Returns NOT accepted
Finding the right part has been extremely difficult. I searched for the front exterior passenger side door handle for my Odyssey, but I ended up ordering the REAR exterior passenger side door handle. They use different terms and abbreivations in different parts of the website, so it's super confusing. When I tried to return the part, they said they would not accept the return request because it was "an electrical" part. Well, the part I THOUGHT I was ordering is not electrical, but the part I received apparently IS electrical. I've written to them 3 or 4 times and they simply refuse to take the part back. I'm ok with a restocking fee, but they won't honor the return request!
The part was not installed, all I did was open the box before realizing it was the wrong part. But they won't take it back, even though they advertise that returns are accepted.
That's a bad business practice if you ask me. There's literally no reason to not accept this return. And now I'm stuck with a $220 part I can't use!!

Diagram wrong - still denied exchange of part
The diagram that came up for my Pilot (using the VIN was incorrect) so I ordered the wrong USB port. But guess what? It’s not returnable because it’s an electrical part. Whatever, I’ll just not buy from here again. I’m sure they’ll bury this review but I’m warning you.

Slow, dishonest, difficult, do not rely on for Honda parts
I’ve used them for years, recently they issue a shipping date they have no intention to stick to, customer service repeatedly tries to fix the issue holding up the order but can’t seem to help, it’s impossible to remove items from the order to speed things up, they increased the prices and charged me long after the order was made, it’s been weeks and I still don’t have the parts I need. The return process is very difficult by design,

Best prices and shipping costs compared to EVERYWHERE else in the world. This is now my go to for everything Honda. Honestly, it’s not even worth looking anywhere else. I found the piece I needed on multiple sites. It was pretty much a $2 piece. The other sites wanted $40+ just to ship it. Honda Parts Now charged me $10. Try them. You won’t regret it.

I was sent the wrong belts I got them…
I was sent the wrong belts I got them back from my mechanic summitted an RMA and they took over a week to process and then was told it was beyond 30 day. They screwed around with the RMA processing and now they don't want to take the wrong parts back. Very poor customer service.

Outdated inventory + none existing customer service.
I placed a small parts order on the website. It showed all items are in stock, paid with credit card with no problem.
The next day I received an email stating I need to call them to verify my order, which I did and turns out my shipping address is different than my billing address so they had to hold my order. I called and verified and they processed it...or at least I thought they did.
The next day, they emailed again wanted me to confirm the order because it has special order parts, once processed it cannot be returned. Ok calling to confirm again....time to ship my order right? RIGHT??
Nah, the next day they emailed me confirming 1 of the item is out of stock and so they took it out of my order....For God's sake! They keep delaying my orders of course thing's are running out.
The worse part is the representative didn't care. She kept explaining that's how their website works but she doesn't see or doesn't seem to care that it's ridiculous the order still hasn't gone out yet.
Their parts are cheap....I'll give them that, but way too unreliable. I wouldn't recommend.
