Homebase - Saffron Walden Bewertungen 

As I couldn't Click & Collect the item I wanted, I rang the store to check the goods were actually in stock.
I spoke to Abby, who confirmed they were and then offered to put 4 on one side until I could get there.
She was friendly and helpful - such a contrast to the man in the Cambridge store in the week. As that's closing, I'm not knocking off stars for his attitude (no sign on the door to say the store's opening hours had changed, for starters!)

Abby, on the other hand, made sure I knew how to find the Saffron Walden store and after I'd purchased the goods, offered to help me with them to the car. Worth the 20 mile round trip to get good service!

I regularly visit the Homebase store in Saffron Walden to buy plants. The garden staff, especially Dawn, is very knowledgeable about the plants on sale and provides advise on the best plants to buy. The stock is well cared for and beautifully presented. the service provided is exceptional.

I was given the wrong sized item and didn’t realise until I got home. I returned to the store where they picked out the correct sized item and said ‘there you go’ - no apology and no a distinct lack of customer engagement.

I had an issue with the batteries going flat quickly for a Powerbase lawnmower I purchased just under I year ago. They replaced them and it's work great again.

Staff were readily available to support me with what I was looking for. Very customer friendly staff and demonstrated very good communication amongst themselves and to me. It was absolutely amazing and stress free as they cheerfully supported me.

All the staff in the Saffron Walden branch are very friendly and helpful. We have had excellent dealings with Zara, Tim, Dawn, John and Abby. We appreciate their help as we are elderly and not particularly practical (Jacky and Nigel, retired teachers).

Easy to order online, good comms with order and delivery and delighted with my new lamp. Very good quality and looks great in our hallway.

Efficient service, the young man was very helpful & put the compost in my boot for me.
