I used click and collect for some fence paint. Three female staff gave me a cheerful and smiley welcome. The paint was immediately found and handed over with no waiting. Good service.

Lady was very abrupt and did not want to see my I.D. Asked for last four digits of order and brought out item and just walked off. Very rude and not customer service friendly.

Myself and my husband went to the Huntingdon store,purchase some unit legs, we found Suzanne on the shop floor she was very helpful. We also purchased other items,Jackie at the checkout was very polite.
Both ladies made our shopping experience better,due to there happy and helpful attitude.

Homebase Huntingdon are fantastic.
We were shopping for a new BBQ. In my head I had narrowed it down to two options, when Suzanne spotted us and asked if we wanted any help.
She was super friendly, knowledgeable and informative about both options and went out of her way to find another member of staff to help with the MASSIVE boxes after we decided to purchase.
Ollie (I think was his name) was our saviour and came to the rescue. He also advised on the correct gas and best value for money.
Thank you for making our visit great and we LOVE the BBQ!

Hayley and Martin were a great help and certainly go the extra mile. Hayley came up with a great solution to deliver our Sherpa folding sofa and we’re very pleased with the experience all round.
