Homebase - Edinburgh Bewertungen 

I received an excellent service from Chris at Homebase this evening. Five days ago I purchased a turf, the last of a batch outside. The grass was dead. I mislaid the receipt. Chris was good. He studied my photograph of the poor turf which I had duh in to the garden. A quick check of date of purchase and card number followed. Chris then offered a replacement turf. Thank you for a good old fashioned decent service.

Went into Homebase Edinburgh not really knowing where to start re our new kitchen. Our consultant Amanda guided us effortlessly through the whole process.
Not pushy by any means but made great suggestions to help us see the end result. Her knowledge is second to none and because of her expertise we felt confident that our kitchen would be perfect for us, which it is. She explained everything throughly and answered all our questions fully. Amanda was a pleasure to deal with. I would have no hesitation in recommending her and Homebase to anyone .
Also everything was delivered as stated and the fitters were excellent . Nothing was a problem

Chosing the paint colour

I was served by a lovely young girl called Nicola. We had a nice chat about the houseplant I was buying. Great customer service. Nicola is a credit to your store.

Amanda at the Edinburgh Craigleith Homebase store was super helpful and friendly, helping me plan my new kitchen from scratch. Nothing was too much trouble, and when I changed my mind about the type of worktops I wanted, she processed the exchange really easily (before anything was delivered; super easy). The plans produced on the system were spot on, and the installer has an easy time of it.

Amanda was my kitchen designer. My kitchen is small and awkwardly shaped and the old kitchen units were badly situated. Amanda’s design streamlined the room giving me more floor space and ample storage cupboards. She was amazing, her design gave me everything I needed and more. I love my new kitchen thank you.

All the staff were very helpful and pleasant and guided us to get exactly what we wanted in the paint mixing and outdoor plants. Abigail on the till was also very pleasant.

Excellent Kitchen Design Service.
Stephanie and Amanda are just excellent. We had a quite complex journey to order our new kitchen and went to all the major suppliers for help. We had meetings with three suppliers.

Stephanie and Amanda had product knowledge that eclipsed the others, were helpful, practical, and never, ever pushed us into a decision but the product turned out to be better quality and they had the colour we wanted. Whether it was the choice of colour, the quality of the units, or the price, we purchased a better product for less than either of the others.

We particularly like the way assembly is straightforward, the instructions clear and logistical backup is superb. Over 100 packets in our delivery and not one error.

Absolutely incredible service from Amanda in Edinburgh who guided us through the process of designing and ordering our kitchen and having it fitted by Fraser. Everyone went above and beyond - I can't recommend highly enough. Fantastic!

Amanda Ross was the advisor who dealt with my kitchen installation. She made good suggestions and designed a great kitchen. She was professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. She communicated very well and kept me updated. She advised on products, installation, delivery, credit options and protect my install. She had good attention to detail and my kitchen arrived exactly as ordered. It was a very good experience dealing with Amanda and I would recommend her and Homebase to others. Thank you

I visited the Craigleith Homebase on Saturday 16th March. I was struggling to find what I needed, and asked at help desk. Rachel was servicing the desk and could not have been more helpful and pleasant. It is always a nice surprise to receive excellent customer service!

Used Amanda at Craigleith Edinburgh for new kitchen for my daughter. Amanda was very helpful and knowledgeable.. kitchen now fitted and delighted with quality and finish. Would recommend Amanda and Homebase for a new kitchen.

Very lovely customer service but extremely expensive far too expensive.
