Callum fro m Craigleith, Edinburgh Homebase helped me today to load turf into my car. As you know, turf is really heavy and messy. Callum was really careful in loading, and was cheerful 😀. Thank you so much Callum.

I bought some plants today.

The gentleman “Chris” who assisted me at the till was very helpful and packed the plants very well.

Staff super helpful and worked out how many tiles I needed, atmosphere felt good in the shop. Malcom was an absolute star for getting the tiles onto the trolley and out to my car.

Popped in to Homebase garden centre yesterday and got some great advice from Nicola who although extremely busy helped me with with my purchases and definitely went the extra mile . Thank you for all your help.

Got shown around the gardening center by a very friendly employee called Ian. Ian is a credit to the homebase set up - had a good chat around what i needed and looking for and Ian was on hand. I got what i wanted and more from Ian who also had a chat about groing up in the area. Well done Ian.

We went to Homebase at Blackhall to get a quote for a new kitchen. Amanda was the consultant we saw. She was very helpful and worked with the dimensions we gave her. We loved the end result of the newly designed kitchen and went back the next day to buy it.

Really friendly, knowledgeable and helpful member of staff called Francis at Homebase Craigleith Retail Park, Edinburgh made my visit a pleasant and simple experience.

Found most items I was looking for with ease, good signposting, staff were really helpful and pleasant when approached. Nazia who served me on the till was customer focused, genuinely interested in engaging and helping me with my purchase.

On starting our search for a new kitchen, we visited a number of well known showrooms and were met with mediocre or non existent service. The second we walked into Homebase Kitchen Department, Craigleith, Edinburgh, Amanda introduced herself, discussed our requirements, and made an appointment with her for a few days later, to design our new kitchen. We left our measurements with her that day and when we arrived in the store for our appointment, Amanda had already produced 3D drawings of her proposals. Little further discussion was needed as the layout was perfect for us. Purchase was made that day and Amanda has continued to keep in touch with us while one or two tweaks have been made prior to fitting. Her service, manner, knowledge and professionalism are exceptional and we would have no hesitation in recommending her. Nothing is too much trouble and we hope Homebase appreciates their talented member of staff. Thank you Amanda!

We shop in the store quite often and always get top quality service from Chris. He does his best to help finding products we are after and gives advise. He is always very polite and helpful. On one occasion he got us a cardboard box from a storage so it was easier for us to carry everything to our car.
