Always a great service

There was 1 person serving and a que that kept getting bigger,I know the company is closing down but only having one person serving in a big store like Pitsea is a bit much

It was easy to order and easy to collect

Amazing as ever love customer service at homebase click and collect brilliant

Collection was straightforward but would of appreciated if asked (do you need any help loading your car) As it was 2 large bags of compost.
It's just good customer service to be asked.

Able to view furniture items in a local store, good price, ordering and booking delivery easy to arrange and all items arrived on time. Good quality too.

Sheila at homebase Basildon customer service was great especially now in the heigh of Christmas. I was after a tree skirt that wasnt on the store front, with her system she located the item from the back and was able to give me one to purchase. Thank you!

Lady on till went out her way to get us our Christmas tree which was out of stock in store and online. She went above and beyond. Lady's name was Dee from Basildon store.

Click and collect - one of four handles was damaged so I had to go to another store - the one they had in stock was a different colour so I’ll have to go to another store at some point. Staff very friendly and helpful though - not their fault

The Australian Lady called Irene was so helpful yesterday advising me on my winter plants, she always keeps the garden centre looking so nice even in the winter months she is always happy to help and full of advice. Thank you Irene
