Excellent quality, fantastic service

We ordered a Lichfield parasol from Holloways and just three days later it was delivered to our patio and installed by two incredibly helpful and polite lads. Nothing was too much trouble for them - they even offered to show us how to use it. The quality of the parasol and the granite base is absolutely excellent. Well done, Holloways - great products and fantastic personal service.

Holloway’s have provided an excellent service. The sales team who helped me over the phone with the item I ordered, were very pleasant and helpful. The delivery guys, Andy and Lee were really nice; very courteous and called the night before to let me know what time they expected to arrive. They assembled the goods and nothing was too much trouble.
Holloways seems to have a fabulous range available to purchase. Wish I lived a bit nearer!

Bought a cantilever parasol for my daughter. Delivered quickly and efficiently to her house and set up. Great customer service. My daughter is very pleased!

Holloways delivered when they said they would and even arrived 10 minutes early. Two very courteous young men put my trough in place and moved it this way and that way until I was totally satisfied with the positioning. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend the company and their staff.

The website is excellent and easy to navigate. Couldn’t believe how spoiled for choice we were for conservatory furniture.
In view of the reviews being so good , I rang to ask a couple of questions and then order.
The lady that helped me was so helpful, knowledgeable, efficient, polite, charming and professional. I was thrilled and confident after ordering.
The gentleman who rang to arrange delivery was again very pleasant and accommodating and managed to give me a two hour delivery window.
The two young men who delivered my two seater knightshayes sofa, 2 arm chairs, 2 Seren side tables and a coffee table were extremely polite and careful transferring the furniture from the van at the front of the house down a rather narrow side path and in to the conservatory. I told them what a brilliant company Holloways was and how wonderful everyone had been. They thanked me and said it was a good company to work for.
The quality of the furniture is breathtaking, everything looked great on the website but it is so much sturdier and stronger than I imagined. I’m absolutely delighted.
I will definitely be recommending Holloways to all my friends and will consider before anyone else in future. I’m so glad I stumbled across them on googling conservatory furniture made in UK.

From start to finish, faultless, our two seater sofa and chairs are brilliant quality, better than we could have hoped for. We had some good old fashioned customer service and we felt so well looked after, the delivery was quick and seamless, the two young lads were lovely and couldn't have helped us more.
We are telling everyone we know about this firm, we are looking to order more in the future, without hesitation.

A very personalised service from this company. They called to arrange convenient delivery time and added something extra to the order when asked and ensured it was delivered in the same despatch. My garden furniture was put up for me and surplus packaging was taken away and disposed of for me. Patio furniture superb quality- very pleased!

We have had a tremendous experience using Holloways to supply our new garden furniture and would thoroughly recommend them to anyone looking for a high quality product backed up by excellent customer service - something quite rare these days.
From the initial enquiry and order taken by Nicki in Sales it was clear that we were dealing with a family run business that cares about its customers. Nicki was extremely helpful, informative and gave us confidence that they would deliver - especially reassuring at a time when it seems that garden furniture is in such short supply - she knew what was on each container due to them and was therefore able to confirm the product we wanted was available.
Nicki explained the whole process saying that Neil the Delivery Manager would call in a couple of weeks to confirm delivery - and again this happened and delivery arranged for a time convenient to us, lots of choice.
Then delivery itself was easy and so straightforward and the two gentleman who came to our house were a credit to the company. Very very helpful, unpacking the furniture, taking the packaging away (no mean feat as there was a lot of it!), putting it together, showing us how it worked - all very polite, friendly and engaging. Quite different from other big companies who are often quite faceless.
Thank you Holloways you were exactly what we wanted providing a super quality product.

Thank you so much for making the delivery of my Hoxton sofa possible during lockdown. I really appreciate the excellent customer service provided from the very start when choosing the sofa, to the end when I took delivery of it. I love my new sofa and the whole experience was first class.

Oh my word!!! Where do I start! (Only put one star as I have to!!)
What appalling service from start to finish!
I attended with my mother on ordering her sofa and chair and the woman serving us walked off to help another customer and didnt come back to us, apologise or send anyone else to continue the process with us!! At this point we should have walked out and gosh I wish we had! We waited ages and asked several times for someone to serve us!
So when the items finally arrived, clearly the chair was not right! The back was not level and symmetrical. My mother contacted Holloway’s and they sent someone to collect it. It was returned and my mother was told there was nothing wrong with it and they would be doing nothing. It gets worse!! The lady herself Mrs Holloway contacted my mother (following several days of her calling the store to try and find a resolution) basically to be rude, aggressive and sarcastic!! How this woman continues a business is beyond me!! Terrible experience from start to finish that has made my mother ill. I will never step foot in the place again and will make sure others don’t suffer the same terrible experience. My mother will now be left to foot the bill to have the shoddy workmanship out right!!

I took delivery of my 'Edinburgh' cast aluminum garden seat. It was delivered within the company's estimated time scale and in good condition. I am very pleased with both the seat and the service that I received from Holloways. I would use them again.

Very pleased with our new conservatory sofa’s .Ordered them online 5 weeks later they arrived. Very good delivery service. Would definitely use them again.

My review relates to a purchase before the advent of Trust Pilot so I was unable to leave a review at the time.
I bought a modular sofa with corners forming a U shape which cost in the region of £2K
We kept it in storage for a while until the room was ready.
There was an option for custom made feather cussions to replace the original back cussions. These were NOT scatter cussions they formed the back of the sofa's We opted for these.
The cussions that were provided were 2" smaller than those advertised.
The sofa looked ridiculous with the large gaps between the back cussions. Also because of the size they crumpled easily and provided no support.
We ended up talking to Mrs Holloway, who was incredibly rude and laughed in our face. We thought an option - although not perfect would be to buy some extra cussions to help fill the gaps. We were told that this would have to be a special order and they would not consider giving us any discount whatsoever! I would never never consider buying anything from these muppets again!
