From negotiating the purchase of a Fairford L shaped sofa set and a Chichester parasol to its delivery and assembly, I found Holloways professional and friendly. A big Well Done to their Team.

I am delighted with my Chelsea furniture, it is very well made, comfy & looks great. So glad I ordered from Holloways as their service has been first class from start to finish, would highly recommend them & their furniture. Delivery service was also first class.

We love our Kew conservatory furniture and are pleased we made the 3 hour round trip to visit Holloways (it seemed a lot of money to spend without seeing the product). The cake itself was worth the journey 😃. All staff were very helpful and friendly in store, and when we got home and panicked, realising we had made a wrong decision, they were very obliging when we contacted them and there was no problem that we wanted to change our choice. The furniture came sooner than we thought, which was a nice surprise. The young men who delivered it could not have been nicer. All round a good experience. Thank you.

After finally making the decision to give my lounge it's long overdue make-up, I decided from the start I only wanted to use a local stockist for my sofas. Holloways was the stand-out supplier for me & from my initial visit I knew I'd made the right choice. Jo couldn't have been more helpful & after looking through various swatch samples in the store, she then posted a whole load more to me to suit the 2 different sofas I was deciphering between. When I'd finally made up my mind on which sofa & fabric, I went back to Holloways, saw Jo, who very patiently went through helping me choose the fabric for the inclusive cushions.
I then placed the order for two sofas, and a footstool from the Somerset range, fabric Sousel Linen, & was informed of the delivery date.
Less than 3 months later, which included the Christmas factory closure, Neil rang me to inform me that my sofas were ready for delivery. I did have to delay them a couple of weeks as I hadn't quite completed my lounge, but Neil said that was no problem for them to hold them until I was ready.
The items were delivered with great care, the lads removed all packaging and disposed of it as part of the service.
Overall I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Holloways and I will definitely be back for more purchases.
The gift shop is amazing and the cafe looks great too.

I have been shopping at Holloways for about 15 years and have never found the range of products,the level of service or the whole shopping experience anything other than wonderful.
The delivery service is exceptional with Neil and his team always a pleasure to see.

Had bought conservatory furniture 20+ years ago from Holloway’s which we are still using today still fashionable and fantastic quality, so it was a no brainier to try them again for a sofa. On arrival the staff were very helpful and we soon found the right sofa for us. The restuarant was a great place for my husband to wait while I sorted it the details. The delivery went smoothly and again the staff were very helpful . We couldn’t be happier with our purchase.

Having been round many sofa shops we were told to visit Holloways by a family member and were really impressed how much stock they had, how many we liked and also believe they price reasonably. We are really happy with the quality of our sofa which looks fantastic, and the level of service received. We live on a tricky road and the delivery team did an excellent job of getting it in without annoying the neighbours!

Very pleased with our recent louvered pergola purchase from Holloways and the excellent service provided by Jo Blackwell.
The standard pergolas would not fit under our roof line so Jo requested all the relevant information from us and they were able to provide a solution to adjust the height of the pergola for a perfect fit. The installers from Celtic Designs were polite, fast and efficient, leaving no mess.
One point to note however, if you purchase a pergolas of this type, is to open the louvres slowly after rain to allow the water to drain in to the gutters.
The see through side panels work well for sun and wind protection.
Overall really happy with this product and the service received.

Very pleased with my purchase of garden furniture. Visited the showroom and placed an order. Had a phone call from Neil a couple of days later to agree a delivery date and time slot. The furniture was delivered, unpacked and assembled by two lads who also took all the packaging away. Great service, thanks.

Extremely helpful and attentive service from Sarah when choosing and ordering living room furniture pre-Christmas 2024.
