Really easy to use
It was easy to understand what the holiday included, the discounts etc and it gave details of the flights too ( not all sites seem to do this). Very good discount given and a great price for all inclusive. Simple to finalise the booking and very quick confirmation email.

Seat allocation
Everything went well until I got to boarding passes. I chose and paid for extra leg room seats together (window) on boarding passes we have been allocated 8D and 9C. I contacted TUI who advised as booked through Holiday Hypermarket. I would have to complain and claim refund through them. Had I wished to be allocated seats I would not have paid for extra legroom

The site is very simple to navigate, no stone unturned, i just followed the very clear instructions from start to payment. I never once felt like i didn't know what i was doing. This is the second time i have used this site, and i expect to go back again.
