Great customer service
The staff member went out of his way and made time for me as I couldn't find an item on the shop floor. He then ordered one for me online and made sure I was happy before I went ahead and made the purchase.

Refused a refund when I showed them my order was damaged
I received my order from instore and I opened the order up to find out the vinyl was damaged on the corners and when I tried to return it the person at the till refused a refund telling me they do not accept returns on online orders despite telling her and showing her that the vinyl was damaged and could only give me an exchange for an even more damaged vinyl they had instore or a gift card worth how much the vinyl is. I had to take the gift card as there was no other option

Friendly service, no fuss ordering process
I bought some vinyl for my son to congratulate him on his A level results. The gentleman who helped me in the Reading store was very friendly and helpful and ordered the album I was looking for that wasn't in stock. The process after that was very straightforward - I got a notification when the record arrived in Reading and collected it from there.

HMV Helpful and friendly service always
HMV get me old films for my parent birthdays I always get them an old film. HMV are always helpful in looking for titles and if they cannot get a film suggest where I might get the film. The staff at my Romford store are always helpful and friendly.
