Great shop
I have been coming to HMV since I was a young teen and I now take my teenage daughter with me. Its great to see how they have evolved over the years to stay relevant, they have a great selection of geeky pop culture collectables alongside a vast music selection.
Always a good experience coming here, and ordering online is also a great experience.

Excellent service from amazingly knowledgeable staff, even with music many decades old. It was easy to find the arrange to buy what I wanted when released many weeks later.

My experience of HMV
My experience of HMV during the past Twelve months is that they are an excellent company. I cannot fault the service that they have given me. Staff are very knowledgeable whether with buying or when ordering records
The store at Kettering is very well set out and staff very helpful.

Wonderful staff Kettering Branch
I couldn't find an album, I asked at the desk. Really lovely staff member, chatty and genuinely happy to help. As I didn't know the name of the album, she searched for the song I knew was on it and found the right one. They didn't have it in store so we ordered it in. It was ready in store a few days later. Again on collection, I was greeted by a lovely lad on the till, very chatty and happy to help. Well done HMV, friendly and welcoming staff make such a difference.
