Trying to change a defective LP Vinyl…
Trying to change a defective LP Vinyl album bought via online was a nightmare. also 2nd copy delivered ordered online was also faulty (manfacturers pressing fault). so sent 2 back via courier and had to go to a store to order a 3rd copy. Luckily the shop manager was very understanding and very helpful.

Didn’t like the fact that the item was in store but as I’d ordered online had to wait for that to be delivered a few days later so had to go back to pick something up that I could have picked up the first time

I have started to buy vinyl again
I have started to buy vinyl again, and have had the odd record had manufacturing defects. Since I am often buying two or 3 records at a time and want a straight replacement the staff (if they have it in stock) always do a straight swap.
Just bought a double Sabbath album and the main record is perfect but the live record on its first play started jumping on track 2 Side 1 so I will have to replace that. Very annoying but that is not HMV's fault.
Superb choice of music on both CD and Vinyl. It is mainly the Cwmbran shop I use.
