He always explained everything clearly and thoroughly, and as many times as we needed. Communication was always prompt and helpful making this stressful experience go smoothly and less worrisome. From the very first viewing, Tamana has been absolutely amazing. Nexus have been very good in their communications from signing up to the 'interest' mailing list to attending a preview meeting. Both Linda Goodman and Claudia Sidoli have been both excellent and patient in listening to, and answering all of my queries. Linda was helpful in my understanding of how the overall site will develop and timings of the overall project. The walk-around of the showroom was impressive, allowing greater understanding of the size of apartments and possible noise pollution - being so close to both the main road and railway line. I look forward to discussing further with them both.

Peter Miller helped on site on Thursday due to leaks. He also helped to remove unwanted debris from site.

Isaac has been brilliant throughout what naturally is a stresfull process. He was instrumental in finding key contacts within the Estate Management company to speed up the re-mortgaging process of my leasehold property. He was critical in us achieving completion before a stamp duty rise deadline, saving me money in the process. He was geniunely focused on us as customers, was our greatest lobbier within Hills. A few weeks ago we came to visit Marleigh Park and met with Isaac, he showed us around a few apartments that we hadn’t seen online. We fell in love with ours and just a month later we have moved in and can honestly say our experience wouldn’t have been anywhere near as quick and easy without Isaac.
