I had a great experience with Hill! I had two visits, for two separate jobs, one from Alan Deadman and another from Richard, and they were both lovely! They were both polite, on time, very helpful, and did a great job! I could not recommend them both enough!

The Contractor who attended (Micheal Perry) was very polite and quickly went out to source me a new Spyglass and fitted with no hassle.
Even the Customer Service (India Taylor) when booking were very polite and understanding and arranged me a quick appointment, confirming via email afterwards.

I had a very positive experience with Hill. Isaac was helpful, patient and clear in explaining the process, and provided thoughtful advice during my flat selection and viewing.

Peter came to do our sink and he was very professional. He was also very accommodating and willing to answer the questions we had.

Simon came to do a few jobs of repair around the house and it was nice to see a familiar face again! He made clear on what he was covering and went about it all in a professional manner. It was also nice to have a chat and learn more about him on a personal level. Thanks for the amazing work!

Mike Harris did a great job for us following a number of ongoing issues with a number of areas to the house - all completed in the space of 1 day as well just before the Easter break!

Alan Deadman came to my flat to repair a loose tile on my balcony, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. He was punctual, polite, and did a fantastic job.

Alan was very meticulous and took great care to ensure the foundations beneath the tile were properly repaired. His attention to detail really stood out.

I would highly recommend Alan for his professionalism, excellent customer service, and friendly, pleasant demeanour.

Faik was respectful and polite to his customer.He was thorough with his job and works diligently. He was helpful and fix the problem and issues promptly.I really appreciate he has completed the job earlier than expected. I would gladly recommend him to a friend who needed his expertise.

Hoss was fantastic throughout the viewing. He explained everything clearly and made the whole experience very comfortable and easy to follow.

What really stood out was his warmth and patience — he took the time to listen carefully to our questions and provided thoughtful, genuine advice rather than just trying to sell.

Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I really appreciated his approach and professionalism.

Isaac was always very reassuring and communicative. Every time we had a question he was extremely forthcoming with helping us and always in a very friendly and polite manner.
