Best outdoor lights out there…
I've been using Hyperlite (5 of them) for several years and they are still burning brightly. I recently ordered several more so I will have them on hand if the ones I have operating now ever burn out.

We sincerely apologize for the delay in providing your return address, Mr. Probasco. We are glad to hear you received the mounts, but we understand your frustration that they were the incorrect ones and that the return process has been this slow.
To finally resolve this, we have just sent an email to you with a prepaid return label for the incorrect mounts and detailed instructions on how to package and send them back. This will cover the cost of the return. Upon receipt, we will process your full refund or send the correct replacements, whichever you prefer.
For future reference, the correct procedure to initiate a return is to contact our support team at service@hi-hyperlite.com. Our support team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific return address for your product type . We will review our process to ensure this doesn't happen again.

The Gulf Haven Garage Resets
We’ve been using Hyperlite LED lighting systems as part of our garage transformation projects in Southwest Florida, and the results have been excellent.
At Gulf Haven Restoration, we focus on helping homeowners take back their garage and turn it into a cleaner, brighter, more functional space. Hyperlite LED has been a great product to incorporate into those transformations. The lights create a sharp, modern look, provide great visibility, and really help finish off the space.

High Bay Hero
Easy order process. Quick shipping. Lights are super bright. Build quality seems to be top notch. We'll see how long they last. I particularly like the fact that the Hero series has adjustable power output and brightness as well as being dimmable.

We had bought a 4 lights from this company off Amazon 1 stop working and after a few months.
I contacted them and they are sending us a new one the replace the nonworking light. They got back the us on a Sunday which most if any company's do not do these days.
When they say 24-7 that is what they do.
What a great company and customer service they have. They walk you through every thing you need to send them.
