The sign itself is great
The sign itself is great. Trying to use the software to customize and do things on it, well, instructions would be nice. Not just general set up. Product is working fine, just wish there was more info on how to use it to its potential.

Happy with the product and fast shipping. Un happy with the service around our order. Understandable with a sizable order shipping to a address different than the billing but the inability to make a phone call or receive emails timely due to time zones delayed our project and inconvenienced members that placed the order.

Swift response. I sent an email about a damaged product and they were quick to send a replacement. Not much back and forth I emailed about an issue and they asked for the reciept and sent another one days later

These lights are incredibly bright.
Install was super easy.
Built the first set on the floor and lifted into place fully assembled. Since I had my design, the second set I built one piece at a time on the ceiling mimicking the first set.
Shipping was very fast and packaged well. As long as they last I feel these were a good investment.

I don’t have an order number
I don’t have an order number, but I purchased five sets of the RGB hex lights. 5 x 7‘. They come with a remote although app controlled. Currently they work with Alexa, but not Siri quite yet. The company assured me it will shortly be accepting Siri. These things are bad ass, they’re bright, and a ton of features. The White is pretty close to true white. They sell melting hardware to hang them, or screw them directly to the surface. I’m super impressed and I think you would be too.

They say you can find out more about a company’s customer service only if you have an issue. I had a light that failed after four years and although it was prorated a bit, there was no hesitation to take care of me and replace it

I received the product in a timely manner, and it was easy to program. I do however have a complaint about service after the sell. i have e mailed and called the number from the website multiple times to get a price on a larger size banner and have not got any response. IO am hoping I will get a response from this review.
