Hello, I ordered 4 EA motion sensor lights. I had some trouble with the lights, but after I contacted Hyperlite, they resolved the issue and provided excellent customer service. The light themselves are amazing, extreamly bright as I wanted. They are amazing. I would highly recommend Hyperlite if you are looking for lights for your home or business.

I researched these type of lights for…
I researched these type of lights for months everywhere. Finally came across Hyperlite. These lights are so amazing (as all the different brands might be) they are so bright but not blinding. Just a very clean white light. They look amazing on my black ceiling. I went with an 8 hexagon pattern, 1 on each side of the garage door opener rail and I love them 😃

The item has no way of hanging
The item has no way of hanging. It only has adhesive. Won't work on a wood building. Asked for help and was not helped at all, very cold unhelpful company.

Making it right
After purchasing a third bathroom mirror, and the third, one being broken and damaged in freight, hyper light stood behind their product and sent me a new one. I am very pleased with that service.

Great customer support!
Great customer support. The lights have worked great with no issues. I was concerned with a lot of reviews on Amazon (not regarding hyperlite) regarding cheap LED hexagon lights that would over heat and stop working after a very short time. We have had the Hyperlite hexagon multicolor lights in our gym for a while now and they perform flawlessly!

Ordered rgb lights and lights…
Ordered rgb lights and lights themselves are okay but the white is not white its blue. Purchased these because my friend got them and I loved them. He gave me the link and mine were nit the same. Sent pics and video to company and they said there was nothing wrong with mine. They did offer me a only white set for a food discount and then offered to refund the discounted lights if I took bad review down.. i asked if I could refund the rgb lights and they told me no because there was nothing wrong with them. Again rgb light look good but if you want to do any work with these rgb lights I would not recommend. Maybe try another seller.

Their customer support was outstanding; I had a problem with 2 of 12 lights for my shop and they took care of it immediately. You must provide proof of your purchase & delivery, and document any problems you may be having, which is extremely fair considering all the scams out there.

I received the LED dimmer switch quickly. It was the exact switch I needed. I had bought one off of Amazon at 1/2 the price & received it in 2 days but it was defective. Thanks for the great service. I love my HyperLite high bay lights in my 24 x 30 shop!

I sent an email stating I ordered…
I sent an email stating I ordered dimmable lights but the lights I received do not dim. Never got a reply to my email.
Hyperlite has since responded to my email (they said it ended up in their junk folder). They explained the steps for dimmable function.

Not very happy that I bought two sets…
Not very happy that I bought two sets wanting to link them together and didn't have enough pieces! I believe for the price it should come with a few extra pieces for those who want to link them together or at the least have a note saying "these are needed to link"! Very aggravated I had to stall my install and order more parts!!
