Barwaqo was very reassuring and helpful during the initial sign-up process, which gave me confidence from the outset.

Kate and Najmin were helpful throughout the process. However, I feel it would have been beneficial to receive more guidance on some of the issues I raised. In particular, I found myself having to carry out my own research and request indemnity insurance, rather than this being explained to me or offered as an option.

There were also periods where communication was limited, although when I reached out, Barwaqo responded clearly and helpfully.

Overall, I am grateful that everything was completed on time, especially given the pressures of the auction deadline.
