I booked a white hummer as a surprise for my friend’s hen-do. It did not turn up. I received no communication the day before / the morning of. I had to call the company who said the car had been involved in an accident. They suggested they could send a replacement karaoke bus which would arrive, at best, 1 hour late and would cost £400.

The hen had to step in to help organise alternative transportation and we missed the start of our first activity. Chaos.

From the first contact i made to the company to the last I found them so helpful, responsive and professional.
Nalan is great.
And on the evening of our special outing our driver was puncutua polite and friendly.

Had an amazing experience with Hertlimos .. for my daughter’s 16th birthday party . Tarik been amazing and very professional . He was dot on time and kept us informed with sending picture of the kids having fun.

Terrific experience from start to finish! Booked a lovely white limo for my daughter's 30th birthday. It arrived full of lovely balloons! Zak, the driver, was amazing - he went far beyond what was needed making sure we were taken care of. And because two of our friends lived near him he drove them home afterwards - such a thrill for them and completely unexpected! Loved Zak and will be requesting him again. Really made my daughter's birthday special. Thank you!

2nd time I have used Hertslimos for my son's birthday party, and the 2nd time we have had the best experience using them. From start to finish they are a dream to work with, from the inital enquiry through to the event and post event they are brilliant. My son's party was made extra special by the journey to the event and back. Absolutely superb service, if you could rate a company 6 out of 5 I would do it for Hertslimos. My son and his friends loved it!!

Nalan was really helpful when booking, and Tarik, our driver was great. We had booked a party bus as we had too many people for a limo and it was the best experience- it made our drive into and around London so much fun. It was also a great option with three kids as they could face each other rather than being confined in seats looking forwards. The karaoke made the journey pass incredibly quickly. What a brilliant experience!

Van was great fun. Tarik and Nalan couldn’t have been lovelier. Would recommend/book again 😊

First time In a limo - wanted to book a pink one for a special birthday to take us to a restaurant with a number of pick-ups and return. Steven our driver, was professional, smartly dressed and punctual and was really helpful and patient whilst the oldies (me being one of them) were getting in and out of the limo! Lovely clean, bright limo with drinks and balloons inside.

The arrangements were completed seamlessly by Nalan although we ourselves had a number of last minute changes.

Highly recommended.

Cannot recommend Herts Limos highly enough. From my first email and phone conversation with Nalan, right to the very end, everything was perfect. Our driver (Kai) was so accommodating, to the point that he even dropped two of our coats back to the hotel the day after our experience due to us leaving them behind. However, talk is cheap, don’t take my word for it, find our for yourselves and book now !! You will not regret it.

Right from the initial contact to Nalan from Herts Limos, the whole experience felt personal. She kept me updated which meant no stress for me. Always a plus..Our driver was courteous and again very likeable, we went for the RR Ghost and was not disappointed, an impressive head turner. I definitely recommend these guys, thanks again

Used their service for my birthday. Driver arrived on time and was very sweet as well. we were given amazing complimentary champagne and the limo was full of balloons too. A very trust worthy company. I usually trust companies only if I have heard some good review from an acquaintance/friend. But this time I blindly trusted them and I am not regretting it.

As a return customer for the third time I would highly recommend!!! I spoke to Nalan and she was fantastic!! Nalan was really nice and helpful with taking my booking once again. She is a pleasure to speak to.
