I’m using this company to hire a party bus, stefan has been my go to man and he’s been brilliant.
He’s answered all my questions gone up and above for me. Stayed friendly even after my many phone calls and extra asks. Really appreciate all the help.

This company misrepresented their available services on their website, at the time of my enquiry.

Potential customers should be aware they don’t offer a self-drive hire as is/was advertised. Additionally, they don’t offer an instant quote, but inform customers they need to contact them by phone to provide further information.

I insisted they communicate in writing, at which point they finally told me they don’t do self-drive hire. So all in all a complete waste of my time, along with a few raised red flags.

This review is just based on my own personal opinion and experience. I can’t vouch for any other service they offer, apart from perhaps their customer service which could do with improvement!

What an amazing and helpful company .was trying to arrange prom transport for my son and several of his mates and it was getting very stressful.

The service I received today was flawless we were looking for a party bus for a P7 prom and this company delivered as we were fining it hard to get booked so late in the final school term

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company and would strongly advise others to proceed with caution. From the beginning, I was given clear assurances about what would be delivered, but those promises were not kept. What I received fell significantly short of what was agreed, and it was evident that there had been an error on their part.

When I raised the issue, I expected accountability and a straightforward resolution. Instead, I was met with resistance and a refusal to issue a refund, despite the situation clearly stemming from their own mistake. Communication was slow, unhelpful, and at times dismissive, which only added to the frustration.

It’s incredibly frustrating to feel misled and then ignored when trying to resolve a legitimate concern. A company’s true integrity shows in how it handles problems, and in this case, the lack of responsibility and customer care was very disappointing.

I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
