I bought a coat around black Friday 2021, it's now February 2022 and the bows attached to the coat have fallen off and gone missing. I contacted them to ask for replacement bows, they said they didn't have them so I asked for an email address for the manufacturer which they wouldn't give me. I asked them to contact the manufacturer for me if they were unwilling to share their contact details.
They came back to me saying that the manufacturer did not have spare bows so I asked for a partial refund. They sent back a childish reply, stating that that would have been possible but because I'd given them bad feedback on social media they would not offer this. I was appalled by their customer service, the coat was expensive and should not have things falling off it after just a couple of months.
Terrible customer service experience.
The support knows nothing, just basic replies, NPC behavior.
The sizing is also terrible, support recommended me L while I'm wearing S (EU) but the size on the website is wrong, so I got M thinking that it will fit me, wrong it is a tiny bit large on me, can't even send it back because I've seen the reviews for replacements.
The clothes are very cute but the support is terrible and nothing is accurate, doubt I'll ever buy from this brand again.
I particularly love the modeling of the Hell Bunny dresses. For me one of the best, Just be careful as I find the fit a bit big as I'm an S in the UK but seeing reviews I sized all my dresses for the XS, and it turned out great, the S would have been huge in me. Most of the pieces I have are dresses, so I can't comment on the modeling and quality of the other pieces yet. I will try to invest in capris and coats now. In addition to the dresses, which are many, I have a skirt and a knit. About the mesh, in relation to the size, I already prefer the normal S, because, for me, they are a little reduced (but understand that I have only one mesh as an example) and the pure cotton skirts are thicker, do not reduce the size, because they don't stretch on anything. In addition, a site with really formidable pieces, know how to choose and you will have good results, in addition to really charming promotions. Never had any problems with delivery, they were always on time.
Been buying from Hell Bunny for a few years and the one thing they're always consistent in is the quality - Which is quite poor. I've always had to self repair dresses after the first wear because they've started to pull apart at the seams (I buy the correct size so this shouldn't happen) and after purchasing a very expensive piece from them last year that also fell apart after one wear I've decided to stop purchasing from them. I would very honestly compare their quality to that of wish but you'd probably get pieces from there that last longer
The quality hasn't improved after all these years but the asking price is still for high quality pieces. Everytime I've asked for a refund due to the pieces being defective I've either been offered an extremely low % refund or no reply at all. I would not recommend this company for pin up style clothing, it's a shame given the styles they offer but the quality is just way too poor
They offer no exchanges, so when I was bought the wrong size as a Christmas gift, I was initially told I couldn’t exchange it. Then, one of their agents said I could send it back for a refund and then order a new one. I pointed out that I didn’t want the person who bought it for me to know I had returned it, so Hell Bunny said that was fine and they would refund me store credit to my Hell Bunny account instead. I paid £7 postage to return it, and wrote on the packing slip that I had arranged for store credit, and included all the details. Instead, they have refunded the card of the person who bought me the gift, so they have now found out that I have returned the gift. Very dissatisfactory service.
Edited down to 1 star from 2 stars, as today they replied to my complaint email with complete indifference.

Christmas presents purchased and unfortunately do not fit. All original packaging, tags and labels but will not accept return. Very poor customer service, unhelpful and unfriendly. Have bought a few times from them in the past but will not be using them again and advising my friends of the same!

Company holds onto your money long after a return has been received. In this day in age I can understand it taking maybe 5 working days, but to hold onto funds for 28 days seems very dishonest.

I ordered a size 16 collared shirt bare in mind I wear a 16-18 typically so was expecting it to be a little tight,no I couldn't even put my fricking HEAD into it let alone wear it!
It looked closer to a size 12 or smaller (UK).
Don't order from these guys ever with their bs "plus sizing". It's all Asian and their size guide is useless!
Ordered a 200 hundred dollar coat from them. I recently had moved so my billing address was different than shipping. Wasn’t an issue up until I ordered this coat. The coat shipped to my address across the country at my old residence. They changed it. It was correct when I hit order. So customer service not only wouldn’t help me by refunding or sending a new coat. I’m out my money and a coat. This company are thieves and liars. Absolutely abhorrent and useless and should be shut down.
The customer service agents are abhorrent. Really terrible, not willing to put anything right. Actually reeling from how badly they treat people. Clothes not worth the expensive prices. And yes, I agree , badly sized. In times of covid you can't have such a terrible delivery service. Especially if the clothes are completely random sizes!

Really terrible experience will never be shopping here again. All dresses were terribly sized (who that orders a L has boobs the size of ping pong balls?!) and returns policy not clear. It was suggested that if I did not pay for tracking am signature the package might "get lost". Sure. I bet it would and then no refund ever given.I reached out and was met with so much rudeness and resistance . Then they just ignored me. I dont think I have ever been treated so poorly by a company which has just left me feeling really upset and wishing I had never tried to buy something from their site. I've never been made to cry by customer service agent before or felt that they were absurdly not willing to help me in any way. So bad. Sooooooo angry.
I ordered from Germany and the two tutus arrived pretty soon. Both are very cute, BUT hot pink is more like a neon pink and not like it was shown in the picture sadly.
Besides that my experience was quite good.
I've used them many times, never had a problem until today. The good: their clothes are good and they are fast shippers.
The bad: customer service, their phone lines left me hanging for 45 mins until I gave up. Their web chat showed they were totally unwilling to cover postage cost of a new item or returning the old item, and came across as rude and patronising by just copy/pasting information on their site. Ultimately, this bad business practice puts the customer out of pocket for what should be a simple exchange.
I plan to stick to buying their clothes from ebay and other sellers in future as other sellers will allow exchanges.
The size charts are not accurate - their size chart suggests I should be a M, however I always fit comfortably in a S! I ordered 3 items, all S, all but one fit me perfectly and that was just a tad too tight for comfort, hence the attempt to exchange, though refund might be more logical.
Buy their clothes from other places if you can, and if you have a local store, try on the clothes there for more accurate sizing. I bought their clothes from stores before I went online, which is why I knew the right size to buy. It's a shame that a slightly different style of dress suddenly didn't fit.
I love their clothing very much but the customer service really isn't very helpful, can hardly get hold of them to change or cancel orders.
Sizing is off, my "mini-skirt" is past knee length, and the bust dart is wrong on ONE SIDE of my pinafore so that one breast has a pointy, vacant pocket of fabric at the tip. I'd return the item as faulty, but other reviews warn that their refund practices are unreliable. I guess I'd rather have a weird pinafore than pay out the ass for return shipping and cross my fingers for a refund. Learn from my mistake and spend your money somewhere that cares about your satisfaction with their product.
I ordered a dress and it was too big, but I left it very late to try and get a replacement in a smaller size. I placed another order anyway and emailed customer service to see if they could rush it through for me. They responded straight away and got the replacement delivered the following day for me. So happy with their customer service and the fact they went out of their way to help me get my order early. Great company!
I order a dress according to their size chart and the dress arrived 3 times larger. I was swimming in it. Either the size charts are incorrect or the dress labeling is incorrect. They do not have return shipping policy so I was expected to pay $80.00 to return a $58.00 dress. (The return address is international so it costs a lot more) I contacted Customer Service many times asking for an exchange, as I like the dress, however they are uncompromisable and unwilling to accept any fault. So basically, if you order from them and there is any error with your order you are out the money if not more money to return it. This is a scam and they are stealing peoples money. Stay away from this online company.
