Went to go see a 1990 BMW E32 735i. Advertised as in very good condition with an MOT with no advisories. Good bodywork, important repairs done.

Messaged over eBay about certain things. If the advisories from prior MOT had been done. Confirmed they had.

Turned up. Rust on nearly every panel, dashboard has bits hanging off, EML light was on, radiator had collapsed. Climate controls not working properly and fan only worked on full. Advisories from prior MOT not done (brakes and hoses)

Guys there were nice enough and didn’t apply pressure on arrival. But clearly didn't know what they were selling. Seemed very wheeler dealer. Website looks very professional but are located in a field with a large shed.

Would have been nice to been more honest in the Ad and at least have the car in a saleable condition.

I know a 35 year old car won’t be perfect. But this needed a full respray, potentially new doors all around, engine work, brake work, cooling work, dash reattached properly. Basically the full works.

£6700?! Will need £10k to sort.

Can see the price has been lowered to £6k since I’ve been.

Be wary.. good pictures and website goes a long way. When really it’s not the case.

400miles and a day wasted.

Shame as the car would have been nice if it fitted the description.

Bought a 2006 L322 Range Rover V8 Supercharged from Christian back in September and so far it has been a great purchase... I am based in N.Ireland and had to fly over and drive car back, which was completely seamless. When I got home I had a few small issues with car which Christian agree to contribute towards to get sorted. Great car for the money and great service from Heel and Toe.

I had a lack of faith buying second hand/older cars and had a poor experience before finding Heel and Toe. I can safely say that my faith has changes thanks to Billy and Christian. The passion they show for older cars is a breath of fresh air, the bmw 530d I purchased runs like a dream and was checked over throughly. If you're looking for a reliable, older car that has character I couldn't recommend these guys more.

Drove 4 hours round trip to view a car after being told it was in good working order. On arrival the car was unfit for sale with the engine misfiring and several electrical gremlins which weren’t advertised. I left empty handed but was told I’d be updated when it was fixed so we could proceed.

1 day later I was told they fixed the car and took deposit from another buyer.

Massive waste of time and fuel, they need to improve on communication.

Christian is a friendly chap and can't do enough to look after his customers. He kept a car for nearly a month a didn't charge storage. Picked my wife and I up from the train station. From start to finish the transaction was smooth. I've dealt with car salesmen before and I've got to say Christian wants you to have a good experience! A trustworthy and honest individual. I so happy with this car and the price for the car was spot on. I cant thank Christian enough! This man will go very far in his field of desirable classics.

Bought on line for the first time, i was a bit sceptical at first but the Z3 was exactly as advertised, And delivered to my door. Would definitely recommend them . Good prices and quality cars, and they don't push you into buying. Would definitely recommend.

I had an excellent car buying experience with Heel and Toe cars. The car was just as described on the advert, the communication was always excellent, and although I had to drive 2 hours to see the car it was well worth it. Christian did a superb job in sourcing, preparing and presenting the car, he is an enthusiast and you can tell from the minute you meet him, it is a pleasure to buy a car from someone that puts all the time and effort to make the car perfect for the next owner.

After a couple of days of collecting the car a small issue arised (which can be expected from a 20+ year old car, and was also on me as I was overexcited and wanted to take the car on the day of the viewing rather than waiting for the mechanical inspection.) Christian took the car back and corrected the issue without any hesitation, with always good communication, this speaks volumes about Heel and Toe and how they look after their customers.

So far I am enjoying my Boxster and I will be buying and recommending all my friends to buy their next cars from Heel and Toe cars. I am very happy to have found Christian and I wish him the very best for the future!

Disappointing experience with Chris from Heel & Toe Cars Ltd. Made arrangements to buy a car from him then received a text to inform me he’d sold it to another buyer who just walked in off the street. If commitments have been made they really should be honoured. Don’t expect him to stand by his word.
