Such an easy, smooth transaction. Best quote I'd received, way more than I expected so went with it. I missed the initial phone call to confirm collection then it was the weekend so I was worried I may have been took of the system but no. I rang Monday morning, they couldn't keep the original collection date I'd booked but that was my fault for missing the call. Collection booked in for the Friday (today) phone call at 8.15 to say they were on the way, 9am arrived to collect car, very polite young lad, car gone by 9.10 and payment in bank by 10.30am, very happy with service, would certainly use again and will recommend

AWFUL SERVICE! AVOID. Having booked in a collection with the OX postcode area on a specific date and having waited in all day, no show! I called their customer service team a number of times during the day; they told me the driver was on route. We get to 5pm, I am then told the driver cannot collect on confirmed date. I called back the following day, customer service team said they would call me back to rearrange. I waited 48hrs, no call back. I then finally got a response from to confirm they do not collect from the OX area!! Shambles.

I have just had one of the best phone calls that i have possibly ever received!.. Colin rang me to give me all the details regarding my car getting collected... He was amazing explaining every so well and explaining it in a lovely manner too.. . It left me feeling good that really nice people still exist... A massive thumbs up to colin and all at EMR... You rock guys!! 👍🍻👍🍻

They collected my car no problem at the time arranged. There was a problem with payment though. It was delayed. However, Saun in customer service went out of his way to chase the payment up. He did what he said he was going to do. Top marks. I got the payment in the end through his help. So 5 stars for the customer service I received. Cheers bud.

Brilliant company. Took my car (battery was flat) still they sorted it.

do not use this company.
failed to turn up 3 times. then refused to pay.
and refused to return the car.

I was asked to donate a £1 charity and they took £2 they changed the date of collection at the last minute, they never paid money on time I had to chase it to be we never gave ID when we showed her driving licence when they took the car

Exactly as advertised on their website.

Process was quick and easy, car was picked up on schedule and money was transferred same day.

Great service, would recommend.

1. Not the best price in the world
2. I got told initially I would be paid by bank transfer when the car was picked up.
3.On pick up at 10am I was told by the pick up driver I'd be paid by 3pm that day, which did not happen.
4. After a few phone calls from me the money finally was paid into my account at 6pm the following day..... £93.50p is what was offered and £93 paid, they kept the 50p !!

Absolute terrible service, joke of a company!
Arranged for my car to be picked up my wife waited in all day and nobody turned up, can’t get through on the phone no reply to any emails had to rearrange with another company. SHAMBLES

I submitted via the website and a chap called me back to arrange the date for collection, all seemed great - but no one showed up on the day, no communication to say why, I have tried repeatedly to get hold of them since via email and phone call but you can't get through to anyone. Did they go under overnight? Or all take an impromptu holiday? Bender over the bank hol? It shall remain a mystery, as I've still no response over a week later.

Still doesn’t recommend.
Today is 14th of april, had my car collected on the 1st and after a lot of time spent listening to the queue music and another million lies like “you will have the money in your bank account today” for like 3 days in a row and after even promising me £10 compensation , I still don’t have the money for the car.
Amazing!

My car failed its MOT and I still got a good price for it. Collection was simple too!

The site was very easy to get a quote and informative on the process after I've accepted.
