Hedge Nursery Ltd Bewertungen

I was very pleased with the quality of my small yews. Nice strong looking bushy plants with good root systems. No problems with delivery except that the delivery person blocked my front door with the large, fairly heavy box! Not the fault of Hedge Nursery though.

Great advice received over the phone to confirm exactly what I needed and how to look after the bare roots when they reached me. The delivery was super quick with them arriving the day after the order and in excellent condition. Will have to wait to see how well they grow but cant fault the service provided so far.

The aftercare and level of customer service these guys provide is outstanding. Hedge nursery really care about their customers. I cannot speak more highly! The value and quality of the products they provide are excellent and if there are any problems, they are at hand to offer help and support to resolve at pace. Thank you so much Jacqui and Paul, you have been amazing!

Happy with the products and super fast postage

Lovely well grown plants (bare root privet) with good roots, very pleased.

Rapid delivery, well packed and good plant care information

I bought a hedge from them last year but it got stuck in transit so didn't do well. This year they sent replacements for everything that had done badly and they sent them a year older as they have lost a year's growth

Good advice - good price - quick delivery - I'll let you know more in the spring!!!

Really speedy service and great product

The little yew trees arrived safe and still damp....packed beautifully.

Easily ordered and a very prompt delivery.
The trees arrived in perfect condition and were planted the same day to replace a dead Boxt hedge.

Good plants, strong roots, well packaged, fast delivery. Recommended.

Everything from purchase to delivery ran perfect thank you

Good quality plants arrived promptly.

Mostly good. We had 600 mixed hedging plants, blackthorn based. Most of the mix was very good, well established plants. The blackthorn was rather poor, very little root development and some of the plants closer to 30cm rather than the 60-80cm advertised. I would say the majority of the blackthorn was undersize, but to be fair, the rest of the stuff was excellent. Overall I think it will do well, but I won't be surprised if we end up having to replace a number of the blackthorn.

Ordered bare root Blackthorn & Hawthorn to make good losses resulting from purchasing from another online supplier the previous year. Many of the plants supplied were weedy, with very little root development, and in spite of careful cultivation and watering, less than 50% of these have thrived, 25% dead and 25% exhibiting very weak or little growth, The plants received from Hedge Nursery were by comparison, much more robust with good root development, plants arrived on time, and I feel confident they will do well. The staff at Hedge Nursery have been extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with, I would not hesitate to use again, i'm only sorry that I didnt buy from them in the first place, I'd have a better hedge, with a lot less trouble and expense. Heartilly recommended!

Exceptional customer service and high quality hedging plants. I think the indicator of a great company is how they respond when things go wrong. There was a problem with my delivery (the courier was at fault). The Hedge Nursery team responded brilliantly to minimise the impact on my business and my client. Super impressed with this company and really grateful for everything. Friendly people, and very professional, I highly recommend them.

Delivered when promised. Plants in good condition. Appeared to be flourishing now they are planted but the Spring weather will confirm this. Looking forward to our new hedge thriving in 2026.

Delivery of hedging plants in good time. Plants were healthy. Hedge Nursery was very helpful in answering my queries
