Great people to deal with. I had a minor problem with some planting and they couldn’t have been more helpful, firstly with sound advice and then with some extra plants I needed. I shall be back!

Excellent service from Hedge Nursery. The plants arrived well packaged and looked great. A couple unfortunately didn’t survive, but the team were very professional and quick to sort it out by sending replacements straight away so I wasn’t left short. Really appreciated the helpful customer service and would happily order again.

Plants were excellent quality in super moist loving soil. However the pallet should have had a sign saying 'Keep Upright' as the deliverer placed them down on their side meaning that some plants had left their pots. However, because the plants were so strong they survived and are now planted and loving life!

What a superb company Hedge Nursery is. Their customer service is 2nd to none.
I ordered a number of Beech hedging plants approx 1 year ago, and they have settled in nicely and look great, all except one which hasn't rooted. (to be expected sometimes) I contacted their customer service team to try and order a replacement plant to fill the gap, to be told they were sending me a replacement free of charge Inc the carriage. (I'd fully expected to have to purchase this plant as it's no fault the plant hadn't settled) No hassle, no fuss, the plant landed with me and is now in the ground. I would defo recommend Hedge Nursery and wouldn't hesitate to buy again. Proper, rare, good old fashioned customer service.

Speedy delivery and great service

Delighted with the rootball hedging supplied. Excellent condition and a little larger than expected, all with very prompt delivery and helpful customer services when I wanted to add to order. Will happily use Hedge Nursery for future projects.

The plants arrived in excellent condition and wer not damaged at all in transit.

I am very happy with the plants and the service. Thank you

Great hedge, quick delivery. Bigger than expected

Plants arrived earlier than expected. Plants bigger than expected with plenty of root, so should fill out very quickly.
Would recommend Hedge Nursey.

We bought some bare root Beech hedge plants, Our original purchase order was 6310 (WEB 6310) unfortunately some failed after planting.
I contacted hedge Nursery about the problem, I spoke to Sheryl who listened and asked for photos, then I spoke to Jackie and Steve who looked into the matter then I got a call from Paul (I think that was his name) who asked if I wanted replacement bare root plants, I asked if I could have potted plants instead an next day they arrived at our home very healthy looking without any cost to me.
My experience with hedge Nursery has been very positive, all the staff went above what I expected and would recommend this company to everyone who require any kind of hedging, Thank you to all at Hedge Nursery.

Good easy to use website, competitive prices, fast delivery and as described item.
Would definitely use Headge Nursery Ltd again.
Many thanks

Great company. You can tell they care about what they do. Will be ordering from them again for sure. 5*

I have to say that I was very pleased when the hedges arrived. They were healthy, vigorous, all ready mature plants and at a very good price.

Absolutely thrilled with the quality of the plants. Fast delivery excellently packaged so no damage to any. Fabulous service 5 stars all round will use again.
Thank you Hedge Nursery.

Very fast delivery. Over delivered. Very friendly

Arrived on time, well package,

I had a problem with my order, the team went above and beyond to help fix it and I can’t thank them enough.

Highly recommended, very impressive customer service!

Thank you hedge nursery, I’ll be back!!

Plants arrived tossed about in a large box, there were all at least 10cms/25% smaller than the minimum size advertised. Was told I would be sent plant food to help support them which never arrived. Not impressed.
