I placed an order for several hundred dollars from this company on December 28th, 2014 and as of January 19th it has still not appeared. It took three emails for them to send me any kind of tracking information, one phone call that was never returned to find out why the package hadn't arrived on the day that it was supposed to and then another phone call to them to find out that the package had been returned to the company due to damage and that they weren't going to inform me, just wait until it was returned to their shop to ship out my new order. They are cheaper than some online health stores but I have placed two smaller orders with two other companies since ordering with HDI and both of those items have arrived!

All packages delivered, late only because of the brazilian customs. Great work!

I bought a bucket of sea salts for my parents on December 26, 2014. It's now January 12, 2015 and they never received it. I was supposed to have been sent a link for tracking, and that was never sent to me. The website says to check the status of your order, just log into your account. I've done that twice and there isn't even a way to see the status of the order. I called their customer service number and all it does is tell you the line is busy and to call back later. I doubt my parents will get their stuff and I would be surprised if I get my money refunded. This place is a scam so PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! Someone needs to shut this site down and report them to the internet crime division of the FBI

Mi experiencia fue excelente, tengo un niño con autismo y aqui puedo conseguir todos los productos de su tratamiento biomédico. La única dificultad es que los envios a mi país se demoran mucho.

Fiz a minha primeira compra na healthdesigns,a minha compra levou cerca de 40 dias para chegar,até ai tudo bem,o problema que fui tachado pela receita em R$ 160,00 por uma compra no valor de R$ 263,00.Valor total R$ 423,00,se tivesse comprado os mesmos produtos aqui no Brasil teria pago um total de R$ 350,00 e pior ainda um dos produtos chegou estragado,empedrado.estou tentando um contato com a healthdesigns mas ainda não tive uma resposta satisfatória.Enfim tive ai uma decepção e prejuízo com esta compra.Vou fazer a minha próxima compra de suplementos na VitaCost.

Never got the order. Contacted the company and got email that said they would mail it in 2 days. 2 weeks later, they just gave me refund thru paypal. No email...nothing.

Eu não recebi meu produto, não sei se é culpa do site ou da empresa responsável por efetuar a entrega. Eu não recebi nenhum código de rastreio, o que impossibilitou a localização do meu produto.

As a matter of fact the one and only complain that I have is about the website that worried me a lot in the first log in. When I logged for the first time myou name wasn't right, so until I entered in the details of my order I was very bothered with the possibility of having my money sent directly to the trash, however in the end everything was right and I received the product in the correct time informed and also in perfect conditions. I recommend the site to all my friends and they have been having good experiences too.

My order was made in 08/20/2014. Until today I have not received my product. I received the message below, which does not answer my questions and did not say when will I receive the product I requested.
