I've made order on May 2015, and as of November 2015, the order did not arrive in Portugal.

I wasted my money and never received the order.

That is one TERRIBLE company, I would avoid and recommend European folks to order from other websites.

Quick to take your money, but zero service. The first time the order took over 6 weeks, the second time it never turned up. Its been 10 weeks now! No answers to my emails, no answers to my phone messages. Buy from someone else but never use this company.

Ordered product on 20th May, received email straightaway saying my order was received and I would be sent another email once package was sent. It's now the 10th July (6 weeks later) and I've had no confirmation that the item has been sent, and no response to my 2 emails chasing them up. They have $161 of my money. PATHETIC!

Terrible! Never buy in this site, the first time they send your order, but after that, they don't even answer your questions! You pay and never receive them!

I bought something from healthdesigns.com and after two months I wondered if I had wasted my money! They did say they reshipped the item at no cost to me but After 2 months I was seriously wondering about the integrity of the company. I emailed a few times and I couldn't say customer service was the greatest. The time for shipping they estimated was under a month and I received my items after about 3 months! I was very relieved to receive them finally and would say if timing isn't an issue for someone, the prices are very reasonable.

2 months and still didnt receive my order. They dont respond emails and the tracking number provided is not valid. DONT BUY!

I've sent several emails with questiona about shopping that is charging wrong, about the delivery and nothing.
I AM fearful and I will csncel the purchase.
Please, forward me instructions for do to cancel.
I AM desappointed and I will speak to everyone about the bad experiente is to buy with you.

Lately it is possible to check a lot of complains about Healthdesigns. It seems they are processing the orders but they are not posting them anymore and they keep your money with them. It is not possble to contact them because the "live chat" never is online, they dont answer the emails and the phone number, you hear a message to leave your contact that they would call back soon, but it never happens. My order from january, i do not receive any information and I already paid for it.
Unfortunately they became a fraud for any reason.

Like the recent reviews, I have been subject to fraud by this company. I placed an order for over $300 which never arrived, and they have not responded to my emails/messages, and will not answer the phone. I have contacted my credit card company to get my money back.

Ordered Nov. 2014 never got anything, not even my money back!!!
They kept saying the brazilian customs were taking a lot of time... I said I ordered to Portugal not Brazil!!!!! They simply said Portugal customs are taking a lot of time. I believe it's an elaborated scam to take your money.

One thing I look was at the trustpilot score and it's ok! But they must pay to people to score positively. If you search you will find a lot from several different countries in the same situation as I.

I don't know how I got on their e-mail list, but they spam me all the time, and there are no instructions on how to be removed (which is illegal). They don't answer the phone or their live chat.

This is an unprofessional company and possibly a scam. I would definitely not trust them with your money!!

bought a commodity on 11.10.2014 and not yet arrived, I contacted asking for my money and told me I have to wait any longer.

I placed my order on 29 December 2014, and its been months. I sent a lot of email and they keep saying that is the brazilian custom, I request for a refund but they told me that it is impossible to refund it I havent get the product. And the product seems to take forever and haven't reach my doorstep. This is the first and will be the last time for me to place an order with this company.

O produto chegou muito rápido em apenas 20 dias.Estou muito satisfeita só achei muito caro mas acho que marquei a opção da entrega rápida por isso ficou mais e chegou mais rápido. Marquei todas as opções e ficou em R$75,00 .Mas chegou perfeito isso que importa.Eu recomendo.

Well, to start with - I called the Health Designs phone number with no answer - so I e-mailed and got a reply within 15 minutes... basically to find out what shipping company they used, as where I live the employees at Fed Ex can not find where I live. (and after loosing 2 good paying customers I can't afford that). I found out the shipper was indeed Fed Ex and so I changed my information to hopefully accommodate the uneducated Fed Ex Employees where I live. Then when asked to review this company, I read all the delays in shipping and not receiving ordered placed by Health Designs. I do hope this is not completely accurate, although the question I emailed- "am I going to have a problem...?" almost 15 minutes ago has not be responded to. i do hope they do reply and it is a positive experience. It would be nice to have this opportunity AFTER the product is received -- the 4 stars are as of today...

There are many delays in the Brazilian Customs House that are causing some packages to take months for Correios to deliver. Many packages from December are starting to be delivered. I recommend continuing to be patient as there is not much we are able to do for packages that are delayed in the Brazilian Customs House. but latter i found out that the order was supposed shipped from USA not brazil and in the end i got fed up of their lies i asked for refund but they refused me of any refund so basically i had no product and no money.. what a stupid company.....

I bought melatonin 1,5 months ago and still haven't received it! Giving up on this store 'cause it takes longer to deliver than other stores such as bodybuilding! Disappointed customer.

O site otimo , da total apoio aos compradores brasileiros , site muito rapido e pratico e bem seguro !!!
