I bought a hairpiece topper from this company. I received it and it was nowhere near the color that was presented on the Internet. THEY HAVE THE 20% RESTOCKING FEE HIDDEN DEEP INSIDE THE DESCRIPTION AREA BECAUSE THAT WAY THEY CAN GET ANOTHER 20% OUT OF YOU.I emailed the company and told them that I would like to return it. Of course you have to get a RMA I did that I asked for a postage slip. I DIDN'T RECEIVE THAT! IT COST ME $14 TO SHIP THIS ONE LITTLE WIG PIECE BACK! ! then they charge you 20%, which is basically hidden deep deep inside where you don't realize this when you purchased from these people when all they have to do is take it out of the box and put it back on the shelf they want to charge 20% oh and they do too. I WOULD IT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY EVER TO ANYONE I KNOW. AND THEY HAVE.A 20% RESTOCKING FEEthat means you have a lot of returns but what are they gonna do they're gonna still gig you for more money by charging you 20% restocking FEE!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASING FROM THIS COMPANY!! OVERALL IT'S THE WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE HAD WITH ANY WIG SELLER!!
THEY ARE WAY TOO GREEDY AND MONEY, HUNGRY FOR MY BUSINESS. I WILL NEVER AGAIN PURCHASE FROM THEM. I'LL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM EITHER!!

I received an email stating delivery confirmation but I haven't received my order and tracking information has not been updated for over a week. Ordering was easy, great selection to choose from but can not comment on product that has not yet been received. Still hopeful it's out there somewhere.

Love the hat! I wear it all the time. It’s soft and warm, without being too warm. It also looks cute with anything I wear.

The hat is too small and I have to pay to return.

Thanks for creating scarfs and hats for cancer patients. I have been a customer for a long time with alopecia and now this. The best part is the recent hat with the bamboo and are cotton. I need that now and am so grateful I could count on you. I have to carry a purse now and I can put either one of these in there and change out as I get a hot flash. Thank you.

Tariff fees applied of $17.25 on top of expedited FedEx fees which was never noted on the website. I will have paid more on shipping then the products! I was going to order more items however not now!
