After I placed my order, I had serious misgivings about my choice and I reached out to Rewigs with my concerns. They responded immediately and communicated back and forth with me until all my concerns were answered. They even threw in a pack of wig caps with my order, which I received promptly. It was exactly what I ordered and I got my money’s worth.

Great customer service, agreed to base size change requests. Excellent hair quality, I will order from this company again.

My wife has stage 3 pancreatic cancer. Chemotherapy will likely thin her already thin gray hair. She saw an add on Instagram for REWigs, it looked very professional and was located in the USA. She ordered a gray wig similar to her own hair hoping it would be appropriate. The wig sent is a red wig. When she complained, the response was you ordered this color. She responded no the color selected was not red! The company does not allow return to the USA, returns must go back to China. This process takes months, costs are incredibly high and must all be borne by the consumer. Short story, we will give you $25.00 to keep the wig and donate it.
This is a fraudulent company. They are not reputable and take advantage of those in the least possible circumstances. The item cost isn’t the big issue, it is the fraudulent nature. They do seem to care a little bit about reviews, I let an earlier review and they contacted my wife offering her $40.00 if she took the bad review down. WARNING, BEWARE FRAUDULENT BUSINESS!

The wig ordered was gray. The wig delivered was red. They claim that’s what I ordered. There is no possibility to return since they are in China. Advertised as USA. Offered $25.00 to go away. This is a terrible way to treat a customer that is going through chemotherapy and needs a good human hair wig. Beware of this scam!

I have dealt with Rewigs for some years now and have been more than pleased with the wigs and quality of service. Great prices too.

I was sent t a wig that was in a package that had been returned several times, It was not the right color and appeared very shabby and bad texture. They do not gurantee product. When i wanted to return they said they would send me twenty five dollars, i paid $200.00

Well i ordered a two tone gray wig thinking i hit that mark, but evidently i hit the wrong one. Very confusing. Well anyway I ended up getting a blonde wig which I didn’t want. I contacted seller and they offered me to keep that wig then pay them $58.00 to get the one i wanted or send the blonde one back and they would send me out the gray two tone one. I took the latter.
I then asked them to please send me the right address to send it back. No response. Have sent numerous texts and e-mails and yet have no response. Im now going to put in a dispute to pay pal.
If anyone has the right address so i can send the blonde wig back i would really appreciate it

Iam still trying to get my money back from this disgraceful company which needs shutting down on Facebook & Instagram. Terrible replies offering very little back or a new wig that I would beed to purchase!
Any advice how I can take this further??

I purchased my first wig. It’s very pretty but the color wasn’t right and it’s a bit too long in length for me. I requested a return of the wig. I was told it was very expensive to return it but they would give me a $30 refund. So, they don’t stand by their policies and don’t care about the customer. I got the refund, but now I have a wig I can’t use.

I ordered a grey wig with parting on left side. I received a blonde wig with central parting that cannot be restyled. I wanted to return it for a refund but all I got was an offer of £18 compensation which I had to take as their ability to communicate coherently is hopeless. I am sure the way they operate is illegal as they have a refund policy but don't do refunds.

The wigs are horrible quality. I would be embarrassed to wear them. Their return policy is a scam. I've emailed them twice asking for a return address and they keep telling me how expensive and difficult customs will be to return my wigs. They tell me to sell them to someone else. Who would want them? It's illegal for a company to not let you return defective merchandise.

They have a return/refund policy stated on their website, yet when I contacted them to return a wig that looked nothing like the picture, and instead of being blonde, it was pretty orange, the informed me that it was too expensive to initiate a return since their warehouse in in China - so they offered to refund me 20% and I should just keep the ugly wig. I got them to increase it to 30% but even that's not enough. It should be 100% refund. I am going through chemo and they are preying on sick people in my opinion.

I ordered a wig in April of 2025 for $308.00. I got nothing but a runaround for weeks. They kept offering me less than I paid.

I ordered a wig for 275.00. Then a few days later I read the reviews for this company. I immediately canceled my order (that wasn't even ready to ship yet). Then they took 110.00 of my refund and said it was a restocking fee. UNBELIEVABLE. Do not order from company unless you want to lose money. It is a scam. Always read the reviews first. I learned that the hard way.

Absolutely bullshit company!!! They are a scam, they sent the worst wig ever, tried to return. They refused unless I paid more, then eventually sent it. And then said it was destroyed by customs and I had the pay more, then wouldn't refund unless I took down my reviews. They should be arrested

this is my first wig ever and I am so in love. it's really good quality, very natural.

They don't even deserve a star! It's an absolute SCAM!!! Do not buy, they take your money and send you an absolute shit product, and won't refund.

DO NOT, DO NOT buy from this company. If you pick a style and color it will not look anything like the picture. I ordered a blonde curly style and got red that even a mop looked better. I paid $143.00 and only got $45.00. Their excuse was labor and shipping costs is the reason they would not offer more. Labor and shipping are part of doing business but they would rather lose a customer than make them happy. Oh well, they lost out on more $1000.00 from me which another company was happy to get my business
