You cant give No stars. This is a con. No item recieved, No reply to repeated Emails. I will be contacting my credit card company for a charge back and will be contacting trading standard. Extremely poor customer service. Stay clear

Ordered a power bank that should have been delivered in 3 days...it's been a week and still not here. When I tried to log into my account with them I have been denied access. Appears to have been a scam!

First the item was delayed then they sent me a tracking number when you put that in 5 days later it is still saying we are waiting for the parcel. Have contacted them for a refund and heard nothing back.

Extremely poor service and no response from my emails after I returned a faulty product. I've still not received a refund and can't get an answer to when I will be refunded. This case will shortly be getting reported to trading standards and a claim via my bank.

Positive experience and great product

Ordered an item and have had exactly the same experience as a previous reviewer. Week later after chasing delivery twice received a tracking id with Royal Mail, it is stating as “due to be received” since then that has stayed the same on Royal Mail website, this item has not even been despatched, theft is all that comes to mind!

I ordered the power bank and took it on holiday. It did not charge my phone without the cable which it said it did and when I did use it the battery life if the pack died in about 30 mins. I have sent it back 9 days ago but no refund or contact yet. Really poor communication

Trying to return a product due to very poor performance. My daughter’s grandparents ordered a tablet for her birthday, £70 so not cheap. We set it up and quickly realised that it is incredibly slow and the battery life is shocking, draining from a full charge in only an hour to an hour and a half . Emailed multiple times to just return it and get my parents money back as they have had to get another tablet for her birthday but nobody is replying, not replying through their website or through their direct email.

Placed on order with hd entertainment over 3 weeks ago still haven’t received the goods sent numerous e.mails to them but not had any reply they send you an e.mails after one week stating parcel has been dispatched but when you check with Royal Mail there is no updates been like this for the last two weeks avoid this company at all cost as it’s a SCAM

I cancelled this order as it took so long refund me in full

Wish I'd never purchased the kids tablet from this company, zero after sales care, zero help and automated emails that give no help whatsoever.
If your reading this prior to your purchase please do not buy from them as they will not support you in the event of a fault.

I recently bought a charger pack from HD TV entertainment which I am really pleased with. It’s a great product and really pleased with it!
In addition, I managed to lose the blue magnetic disk in about five minutes and when I reached out to them, they sent me a replacement with no questions asked!
Fantastic customer service - highly recommend!

Absolute joke of a company, paid for a product which I didn’t receive, they asked me to send it back so they could resend the correct order. 3 weeks later still nothing, not even replying to my emails now. Won’t be ordering anything again!

Lovely company to deal with and they are very very helpful. We have two projectors unfortunately both remotes got broken. I contacted HD TV to purchase some replacement remotes. They said we don’t see them but have sent me 2 out for free. I was pleasantly shocked by what a great response I got. Thanks for all your help.

Ordered a game stick which didn't work properly so sent back by Recorded Delivery and despite it being signed for at their end over 3 weeks ago I cannot get any response from them regarding refund. I have now sent 3 emails which are just ignored. I would avoid this company!!

The “super fast charger” drains quicker than it does charging. Influencers online review of these products are false. Product is not what was described.

Don't buy from this company do not reply to my emails been scammed need reporting

I never received my package apparently it had the wrong address on it and it was returned to sender so I am trying to get it sent with the correct address on
