Purchased chargers that are faulty and can not get hold of company to sort this out very very disappointed do not buy from them.

Please dont buy from them rhey are scammers equipment doesnt work after 3weeks of waiting for item when i t go t to me they wpnt return messages or refund absoultle fraudsters ruined our christmas 80vpound is alot of money to some people disgusting company

Item was not what was advertised. Loads of the games missing. When emailed about a refund no response.

Numerous emails sent awaiting a refund on faulty items. I returned them via post office ‘tracked’ have confirmation they have been delivered. No response to emails. Contacting trading standards please avoid using this company

They dont reply to emails postage says 3 to 4 days not even prossesed after 4 days avoid

The HD gaming stick and remotes are fabulous. So many games, really good games. I would highly recommend buying. Keeps my husband happy and entertained. Thanks

I purchased a games console from this company in November. Delivery took over three weeks, and when the item finally arrived, the quality was extremely poor. It felt cheaply made and would not turn on or charge at all.

The item was also not packaged or wrapped sufficiently, which leads me to suspect it may have been damaged in transit. However, even aside from this, the overall build quality was absolutely shocking, which suggests the product itself was poorly made regardless.

I contacted the company multiple times via the email address on their website to ask about a refund. Responses were slow and unhelpful, and I was told to look for a PO Box on their website, with no clear return address provided directly. I eventually had to return the item at my own expense.

The company received the return over two weeks ago, yet I have had no confirmation or update regarding my refund despite several follow-up emails. There is no customer service phone number, and email responses are very rare.

Overall, both the product quality and customer service are extremely disappointing. I would strongly advise against purchasing from this company, particularly if you value reliable support or expect a refund for faulty items.

Fraudulent- never received items don’t use

Ordered an item , assured it has been posted , no reply to emails (numerous) im only after the item ive ordered , no replies very disappointing, will seek advice how I can get my money refunded , been waiting since 9th Dec , nothing

I ordered a game stick on 14th November 2025, was told it had been dispatched but the tracking number did not work. I sent an email to be told sorry and they sent another……no surprise but this one did not arrive either, I have sent approximately 7 emails and no response at all. They have obviously taken the money from my account but now to try and get it back?? I can no longer access my account with them as they have blocked it. I would steer clear of this company (if it even exists) 😡😡

Don’t buy anything from this company. I placed an order over a week ago and it still hasn’t arrived. It was for a birthday present and I ordered it well within time to arrive. They send an email saying it’s been dispatched which is a lie. They also don’t respond to any emails you send and there’s no number you can call.

Absolute appalling customer service, infact bordering on "What customer service"? I have a faulty item purchased 5 months ago. Completed the online form (Twice over 2 weeks) and then resorted to emailing directly (over 1 week ago) 3 attempts over 3 weeks and NOTHING.

I used this company a few years ago and can honestly say the items I bought were great.
However, this time my experience has not been the best. I ordered my items on 14/11/25 with a tracked 48hour delivery. I then didn’t hear anything until yesterday 21/11/25 to say my item had been dispatched again with a 48 hour tracked delivery. No apologies for the delay. I’ve just attempted to track my item and Royal Mail still don’t have it which means I’ll be looking at Tuesday 26th at the very earliest. I understand that there may be delays and things happen but a little update email would have been appreciated.
Really really poor communication that much so I might just send everything back if it does arrive.
So if you want zero communication and/or false delivery times then this is the company for you.
I know I won’t be using them again.
UPDATE - Changed to 1 star. Royal mail link still not tracking.
Will be applying for my money back through my bank as a scam site.
UPDATE - It is now 25/11. Royal Mail tracking still says they are expecting the item. I have now applied for a refund through my bank as they are not replying to any emails.
Please don’t use this company. They are now obviously a scam site from when I used it years ago.

So easy to order, the product itself is child’s play and saves those miles and miles of cables to charge your phone.
Would definitely recommend… would make brilliant Christmas present for the Techy in your life!

So from my experience it’s pot luck I ordered some headphones a few years ago and they arrived within time and have worked up until now , I have then ordered a replacement which have arrived faulty , I have returned recorded delivery and I’ve had absolutely no response to my emails and no money so now I have no headphones and no refund . I would suggest anyone looking at buying from this company has a good think and a good look at the negative reviews it’s just not worth the hassle .

I orded my parcel last month and still havnt received it and I sent e-mails and not got a response and they got a cheek to send me an e-mail wanting me to do a review on the items that I havnt received.

Unable to contact company to chase my order

Rude, unhelpful delivery men. Probably the worst l have ever experienced! Would not recommend this company to anyone.

Order a item for my sons birthday back in June. Expected delivery date couldn't be confirmed, emails were generally ignored particularly when I wanted to cancel my order. They said item was delivered when in actual fact it wasn't. Have had a ongoing dispute via PayPal, stay clear !
