I just wanted to update my previous review following Maureen taking over as property manager for our block of flats.
Maureen has completely turned our block around and has been a pleasure to work with. As a result of Maureen's actions the quality of life for residents living here has been dramatically improved. Not only has all the outstanding issues been resolved, the block and grounds have been improved.
Maureen is a credit to the company and goes well above and beyond what I would expect. I just wanted to pass on my sincere thanks and give credit where it is due.

If I could have put no stars I would.
Our block has decided to sack Hazlevine for a local management company, we have also taken our Right to Manage. Nobody in our block knows what Hazlevine do because none of us have seen Hazelvine do anything! No responses to correspondence of any kind and nothing sorted ever! Hazelvine sucks and we say good riddance. There is absolutely nothing could be done for us to remain. If fact it has cost us to move and good value at any price. Not only an absolutely shambolic company but also reflects on the legislators who allow this kind of incompetence to operate. Not only that I'm led to believe they have had a data breach. If so then not only do they do nothing but they cause damage to individuals. Avoid at all costs!
Withholding monies owed to a pregnant lady - resorting to court action
Hazelvine Ltd have repeatedly breached the terms of our lease, have taken payments from our service charge account without authority, and now owe us £1350 for an overpayment on our account which they say they cannot return due to "IT issues". I am due to give birth any day now and cannot afford basic supplies for the baby. Hazelvine Ltd are aware of our situation. Today I have started the pre-action protocol ahead of issuing a court claim to recover the debt they owe to us. We have other causes of action which will be dealt with separately, these are being referred to the Property Ombudsman Service. I will endeavour to update this site as the matters progress.

Hazelvine are the worst property managment company I have ever had to deal with.
No answer to emails or telephone calls.
Accounts that are incorrect.
Their servers breached for over a year and sending out spam / phishing emails.
Very patient and efficient service
Mark in the web administration team was extremely patient and helpful whne trying to solve my login problems. Living overseas it is imporant that I can access my account online so I am extremely grateful for the help.
Absolutely useless and unprofessional
Awful service, cannot fix the issue for 8 months! You can build a whole house in this period of time, and they cannot repair a terrace. Violating all the safety rules, never responding emails and never tell the truth. Their senior property manager Anees Anwar is particularly unprofessional and neglecting his duties and the tenant.
So dissatisfying
If you want a management company that never responds to emails, never fixes anything that you tell them to fix, and "logs" incidents and maintenance issues on the phone only to forget about them and ignore them, then Hazelvine will be a match for your expectations.
ABSOLUTELY USELESS
Horrific company that charges for services they either don't provide or are far beyond substandard. cleaners appear at random intervals throughout the year sometimes not even monthly. Gardeners used by the company are useless, often using the wrong tools for a job and regularly not even doing a complete job. They unlike the other gardening services used in the area only do their work at 8am on Monday mornings directly outside peoples bedrooms (all other blocks gardeners rotate the time at which they work). There has been zero building maintenance done in the 5 years I have lived here, as proven by the fact that paving slabs have been removed rather than replaced leaving haphazard and dangerous step areas in peoples gardens, entrance hallways have not had their heaters fixed which causes issues with damp within the building.
In short I would find another company to manage your property as this company will probably devalue the place you're paying them to keep in order.

They charge an extortionate amount for what equates to about 20 minutes of work a month. No customer service.
Accessing the portal
Mark gave me clear, helpful advice on how to register for the portal. I was making an error which he was able to spot and explain. He was very patient!
They are terrible at communicating
They are terrible at communicating. They take no proactive actions. Don't respond to emails. You are trapped paying them for a non existent service.

Awful experience
Awful experience. Very rude staff, particularly Lisa, who seems incapable of reading emails or even using peoples correct pronouns. Most of the stuff you report gets ignored, other things they claim to have actioned when they've done absolutely nothing. It's a struggle to get basic service.

Had issues logging into the online portal. Mark in the Web team was really helpful and resolved the issue in a friendly, courteous and professional manner. Thank you.
Remarkable improvement in service since the hire of a new account manager
There were issues with Hazelvine however we now have a new account manager Maureen who is just fabulous. We report issues to Maureen and she gets back to us with a solution quickly. Maureen understands the issues of communal living and deals with issues swiftly and sensitivity. This is now a better place to live

Amateurs playing at being professionals.
Have been a leaseholder from Hazelvine for around five years now. They have an interesting style where they let problems mount up and then delay, distract, fob off with excuses and still charge a small fortune for their 'service'. The rate of staff turnover means you are lucky to deal with someone on a regular basis and even then, they don't appear to have a system in place for if staff are away on holiday or sick. The recent flurry of 5 star reviews against a backdrop of 1 star reviews is an awkward coincidence. Would avoid at ALL costs in the future.

Nothing positive to say about this company. Am a leaseholder suffering due to the mismanagement and incompetence of Hazelvine. Another parasitic freeloader ..sorry..I mean, freeHOLDER leeching off other people and offering appalling service in return. The 5* reviews that have appeared are clearly fake reviews so ignore.
