Ruby was excellent
My inquiry was handled efficiently and with care. I felt Ruby had listened to what we wanted and came back to us with a great plan which we tweaked with her help to get us the holiday we wanted.

Welcoming and friendly staff.
Welcoming and friendly staff in a bright, clean environment. We were seen straight away by a lovely young lady who listened to our thoughts and requests, and within half an hour, we were sorted with a holiday.

She listened to what holiday I was looking for and becky searched a few hotels to which she found the right one for me .
