Hays Travel - Troon Bewertungen 

Started trying to book an extra but unplanned break in Egypt but couldn't match up flights or hotel to suit. Eventually decided to go to Travel Agent, and chose Hayes in Troon.
Staff all occupied when we went in but was greeted by lass in foreign exchange. She apologised as she couldn't help us herself, and asked if we would like to take a seat or, perhaps call back in 10/15mins when other staff would be free. We chose to call back. So nice to be acknowledged.
'Liz' was waiting for us on our return and apologised for not being able to speak to us earlier.
We went through a fair number of options and eventually agreed on hotel and flight. Liz was very thorough going over the many options and cheery with it. Her obvious rapport with the lass on foreign exchange was good. Currency was ordered for us which was available a couple of days later.
All in all a good friendly experience with knowledgeable staff.
