My fourth holiday booked with Hays and I don't think I would go anywhere else. The staff are always helpful and courteous and even though I must be a bit awkward at time :) they always manage to be so helpful.

Pleased with professionalism, knowledge and fab customer service.

As usual the Customer service and Care in the Troon was second to none.
I honestly could not fault the effort all of the staff put in to get you (the customer) the holiday you are looking for.
And the new decor looks fab.

Teena helped us to find a resort that suited our personality and wishes for a holiday. As well as this she showed us a map to allow us to decide which resort suited and informed us of transpiration to other resorts.

Teena in the Troon branch was extremely helpful and spent a lot of time ensuring we found a holiday that matched all of our requirements , which were many . Her knowledge of the different resorts , having been to them herself , gave us a valuable insight to places we haven’t already visited.

We always go to Lynsey in Troon. The service we get is amazing and she is always happy to see us. A problem with a problem solved with her. also she looks for any special deals for us. We are off in three weeks with yet another happy looking forward to Spain. We know exactly the location we want as we have been going there many times. Thanks to Lynsey and Hays.

Teena was friendly, professional and very helpful. Happy to check out and answer all our queries about package. Gave us advice about the area along with pros and cons about different locations to stay. Would not have been able to book without her and would definitely return for advice about future holidays

From start to finish Lyn̈dsey did a fantastic job. We walked in with places and hotels we wanted to travel to and our requests were dealt with expertise and friendliness. We have used Hays on numerous occasions and have felt confident in what they do.

Always tremendous service from Lynsey and team. Nothing too much trouble and extremely helpful - I’ve usually got an obscure request that they always manage to source for me. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

We went into Hays Travel - Troon specifically to book a holiday through Linsey. We met her on her way out (she thought that we were only passing by) and she stopped to say hello. When she found out we were coming to book a holiday she did an about turn. It was the agents new opening after a refit, and we were welcomed by the staff, offered tea, coffee, prosecco, and sweets, a very nice welcome. After a wee while searching we settled on a holiday to Tunisia for 10 days, all inclusive, and at a good price (as always).

Lynsey is a credit to the company she made us feel so at ease booking our holiday, she definitely knows her stuff . We have never been to Tunisia before so very excited.
