Thorough & Efficient
We had a specific location we wanted to stay in. None of the usual operators could pull a package holiday together. We left it with Lucy and thanks to her thoroughness we returned three weeks later and Jessica efficiently booked us in to a villa and on return flights. A perfect example of why we use our local Hays Travel agent rather than take a hit & hope approach to booking direct.
