Superb service. I had tried to book through the web site but found it so difficult to navigate. Jess was so patient with us, and didn’t make us feel rushed at all. She answered all our questions and gave so much advice we ended up booking 2 holidays! She did all the bookings for us. We flew to Canada to see the falls after a nine hour flight and two hour taxi ride arrived at our hotel at 2.00 am only to be told there was no booking for us. The hotel reception was very unhelpful so we phoned the Hays help line who where able to sort the mess and two hours later we where at a lovely hotel near the falls. Without this amazing service our holiday would have been ruined instead we had a great holiday. We cannot recommend Hay’s more highly, great service, honesty and great prices.

Stella made the booking of our trip very easy. She obtained a number of different quotes and explained the hotel we chose. She made the whole process easy and kept us informed.
