Rosie from the hull city centre branch was really friendly listened to what we wanted and got us that exact holiday she wasn’t pushy or just trying to sell us any holiday couldn’t recommend enough

Extremely patient.
Seen a couple of holidays in one of Hays guides and visited the branch for clarification on a few points. The staff could not have been more helpful and patient if they had tried. Well over an hour with phone calls and checks. Very satisfied with the results, two holidays booked.
