Booking our first cruise
My wife and I visited the Hull city centre shop for a general enquiry regarding a cruise. We have been on many holidays around the world, but never been on a cruise. We were dealt with by Emille, who was very friendly, polite, professional and obviously very knowledgeable. There was no hard sell and the various options were explained to us in detail. Emille made booking the cruise a pleasant experience and as stated we were not pressurised into booking upgrade and trips etc.

Two of us called into the Hull branch of Hayes to only make enquiries.
Approx half hour later walked out, having booked!
The young lady was so helpful, not only Krakow sorted, but 2 trips and airport parking! Brilliant job!

It was a little confusing , I had 3 or 4 different members of staff contact me regarding the same thing and once booked received another call from them and they didn't know I had booked and I'm still not 100% sure if it is ...

Extremely disappointed with the service…
Extremely disappointed with the service been given, incorrect booking then trying to charge me extra to correct the mistake they made. I would definitely not recommend Hays Travel. I have taken this issue further to ABTA and awaiting response.
Response to Hays comment - i was assured it was single beds pushed together to make a double. You haven't been helpful in any way only wanting more money, Discusting.

We can confirm that all documentation was issued correctly in line with the details selected at the time of booking. Room types were confirmed as part of this process, and no alternative request was raised with us prior to travel.

Excellent service and attention to detail as usual.
We popped into the Paragon St branch to inquire about the possibilities around a family group holiday. I don't think there were any aspects that your advisor (Neve) did not cover. We left armed with all the info we required and were able to confirm and book a holiday a day or so later.
