Great service really efficient I only like to book my holidays face to face not over the phone, we were offered tea/coffee never had that in Tui didn't have to wait walked straight in and booked all in all a fantastic service thank you

A complex trip
The staff at the Bridgwater Branch are knowledgeable and always welcoming.
Charley, our main Consultant was patient and did her best to answer all queries over a period of time. Throughout our contact she remained courteous and professional. Finally she sought a creative solution which met our needs.
The connective services such as booking a coach to the airport were also very much appreciated.
Highly recommended.
