The minute you walk through the door you feel comfortable thanks to the staff and their attitude .
The young lady Poppy who welcomed us and got us seated asked us what we wanted and where?
The next hour was brilliant,Poppys knowledge and advice was exceptional and she never tried to badger us into anything but made suggestions and provided all the information that we needed and answered all the questions such as cost and the best values etc .
We returned the next day after some thought etc and decided to purchase the travel offered which was a good and good value . Thank you Poppy and HaysTravel . We strongly support this company In Bridgwater if you are looking for a Travel location .

Louise in your Bridgwater Branch was…
Louise in your Bridgwater Branch was extremely helpful from start to finish with our booking. She replied promptly to my email enquiries and when we went into the branch, she was friendly and knowledgeable. She dealt with our booking and we bought our Euros through the branch and Euros for our travel card. I used the same branch last July, when I booked to go to Kos through Adele.
Sarah also helped me today, via email and a telephone call. Excellent service, thank you.
Lovely team and we will definitely be back again next year.

Of course i am honest - why wouldn't i be? Your use of the w0rd GREAT is not a word i would use in this instance i would rather use the word EXCELLENT because the lady who helped us was 'excellent' at her job and very patient.
