We had to wait a month to have our malfunctioning shower replaced, which would often shut off mid shower and leave you cold and shivering while waiting either for it to restart (which would take atleast 10 minutes) or the tap water to warm up (which we had to scoop with our hands to use). Updates were very slow, and overall a very disappointing experience.
