The team arrived on time, helped dismantle our old patio furniture, assembled the new quickly and efficiently, cleared up and left.

Bought for decking area was very simple to pit table together, its sturdy lovey look and great value and excellent value, i think will last a long time 5 year warranty with purchase .

The patio set feels like a good quality product, chairs feel solid made from cast aluminium the table you had to assemble but was easy to put together but you needed a 14 mm spanner or socket no tool supplied, so overall a nice looking set, not the cheapest though at £399.99 but with it being aluminium it should last a long while.

Beautiful style and excellent quality but did not like having to assemble the table.Needed two people to secure table top as very tight

Great addition to our garden, very comfy with nice thick cushions. Just need the sun to come out now , slightly disappointed that we had to assemble It ourselves, but once we did that , the set looks brilliant

Hartman’s customer service was fantastic in resolving our issue . We have a 6 seater oval table but the parasol pole got misplaced when we moved houses recently . We were very fortunate that Mark Hughes from the customer service was extremely helpful and promptly resolved our issue . He was very knowledgable and we truly appreciated his professionalism and understanding and genuinely cared that our issue was resolved to our high level of satisfaction .
