I was very impressed & extremely grateful with the service given by Kettler .
My husband and I bought a balcony table and chairs a couple of years ago but due to health issues it remained in the garage for quite some time . Last year he found a couple of the adjustable feet were missing so ordered some online , how they were missing still remains a mystery , but unfortunately they were not compatible with the table .
On getting the balcony set out from the garage recently I googled the name of the table and found it to be a Kettler product .
Emailed Kettler for help & advice, sent photos of the remaining adjustable feet and had a lovely email from a staff member named Dean. I explained everything to him and have now received 2 x packs of replacement adjustable feet for the table and hey presto we now have a useable table .
Without Deans help and kindness we would be left with an unusable balcony set . I can thoroughly recommend our lovely table and chairs and as for a company then Kettler are absolutely excellent.
I know the Kettler name has been around for decades and it is only now whilst writing this review that I recall my eldest son who was 4 years of age at the time spotting a lovely Kettler Go-kart outside a cycle shop in Cardiff and he loved this go kart but at the time is was a bit expensive . Anyway he had to go into hospital to have an operation and because of his braveness it was decided to surprise him with the GoKart . He was over the moon and wherever he went on his go kart adults and children would watch him in awe driving around on it. Everywhere we went the go-kart had to come with us This was 53 years ago .
So Kettler has been around for a very long time and the quality of not just their products but after sales service is second to none. Thank you to Dean for his kindness & support.
Would not recommend Kettler at all. Bought a Cora 8 seat dining set at over £2k. Has not lasted one season without major defects. Kettler said they would replace and I arrange a day to be home for a collection and replacement. The night before they then cancelled. I rearranged another day to be home and the collection team arrive only to say they did not have the new dinning set and they couldn’t take the existing one as it hadn’t been booked in correctly by Kettler. 2 weeks on Kettler are ignoring all contact to resolve the matter. Please avoid purchasing from Kettler
Poor quality and even worse customer service. You’d think a table and chair set worth over £2,000+ would be good quality but it hasn’t even lasted one season and Kettler refuse to acknowledge there is anything wrong with it. Really disappointing - I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

5 days delivery was promised but now extended to 22 days and no possibility of talking to courier firm about it. Poor and unacceptable.

Unfortunately a disastrous experience. Furniture set was ordered on the 19th April and there is still no sign of it. Despite multiple emails and calls to Customer Services there has been no progress or explanation other than we will contact the courier who apparently they have no way of contacting other than by email. It feels like no one is willing to help so we are completely left in limbo. Will we ever receive it ? Who knows. A really poor experience for an expensive purchase.

I contacted Kettler to send a set of fixings for the table as it appeared to be missing from our new garden set Kat in customer service arranged the fixing set promptly and was very pleased with the outcome

We bought a Kettler mesh rectangular table and 6 x mesh chairs in August 22. The purchase was to match an existing set of round table and 4 x chairs in the same style that we had owned for around 30 years. These were in great condition despite their age and 3 house moves etc.
The new table developed dirty patches on the mesh top pretty soon after we had it which looked like mould but we couldn't clean off. This year we took a closer look and realised the coating had split in many places and it was rusting.
We contacted Kettler via our retailer with some photos of the rust but they have declined to help in any way as the warranty is 3 years and we've had the table 4 years in August.
The experience is very disappointing on several levels. Firstly, if this is typical of the quality of Kettler mesh products, then that quality has slipped dramatically since the first set we bought. Secondly, the response from the retailer that 'there is nothing Kettler can offer' , not even an apology or a discount on a replacement table reflects badly on their customer support. Unless they consider this is normal wear and tear and we should expect to replace it every few years. If that's true then retailers should clarify that at purchase. Thirdly, we recommended the same set to some close friends based on the experience we had with our original set. Regretting that, but will have to suggest they check it now if it's still less than 3 years old.
Based on this experience I can't imagine we'll buy another so I'm guessing this one will meet the angle grinder when it deteriorates further and we'll have to replace it with something that doesn't match the chairs.
Based on the low quality of this table and the disinterest from Kettler customer service this review can only get a single star from us.

We bought a table and chairs in metal and parasol . The parasol is excellent quality I’m not impressed with the chairs . We had the cushions in sage green the chairs are so uncomfortable with no back cushions . I contacted kettles to see if they sold more cushions for the chairs
and they wouldn’t help me . Kettler did contact me regarding my review . They did try and resolve the issue but wasn’t able to help

Great customer service couldn’t remember name of our recliner set wanted to order new covers so got in touch with Kettler told me the name they hadn’t got it in stock but gave me a name of a stockist ordered awaiting delivery great service

After an issue with my delivery I spoke to Kat in customer services who was fantastic! She sorted the issue no problem and returned my call to confirm it was all sorted. Absolutely brilliant service, going above and beyond to ensure customers are satisfied.

Kettler did not give any information about the shipping for several days. Then we found out they were using FedEx for deliveries. No need to say we have not received the parcel, FedEx has the worse service possible for shipping company and Kettler was nowhere to be seen to help us find a solution. We paid extra for priority delivery. Avoid!

GARDEN FURNITURE HAS NOT ARRIVED
I have been waiting over 3 weeks now and it should have been delivered within 7 days (bought through John Lewis). They use an awful courier called Kinetics Logistics, who have cancelled my delivery 3 times now. Also spoke to a very rude lady named Kat, who hung up my call and was abrupt on the call, Disgusting how she treated me. I am not happy at all and will not be using them again.

When I contacted Kettler to advise them that my product hadn't been delivered I had a very helpful correspondence Lydia Walker-Sturdy, a Customer Service Agent; she could not have been more helpful and efficient. I was very impressed.

Lydia Walker-Sturdy was extremely helpful. My original order was delivered and signed for but not by me. I contacted Kettler and Lydia looked in to the problem and resolved it. The chairs have arrived today and we’re looking forward to many happy hours sat on the patio in them.
