Southwold Furniture
Purchased a SouthWold 3 seat back bench that goes perfectly in our garden and matches their bistro table and carvers and the dining table and chairs we bought some time ago. These are really superb items of garden furnitures - easily cleaned and withstood all wind and weathers.
Worth noting they are very heavy and thankfully Harrod delivered the items with two men who carried them into the garden and installed them.

1 month delivery time. Call handler very unconcerned when I phoned to ask why it hadn’t arrived. Very far from my previous experiences with Harrod.

I like the rust finish to this. Much better than the wooden frame I’ve used over the last couple of years for sweet peas as I know this will last forever!

When you contacted us we did then investigate and understand the order was in place to be sent the next day, but the order was then cancelled. Apologies again for the delivery delay you experienced. We had a query with one of the deliveries we had. The customer service team reacted quickly.and went way beyond our expectations in recovering the situation and ensuring we ended up with a great customer experience. We will definitely be shopping there again as a result.

Over 4 weeks to deliver
The items took over a month from order placement to delivery
Items were left on the drive and the door bell was not used to alert us
Delivery company did not provide proper tracking
When the order was chased I was assured it would be despatched the next day, this did not happen
Very bad service from both HH and their delivery companies

My witch’s hat!
Delivered on time and left in our safe place! My only quibble was with a slight damage to the black coating which was solved with hammerite and the cone has a slight bend in the top 18inches! Hence its new name…’the witch’s hat. Nothing a clematis cover won’t disguise.
