Outstanding experience
The process was very straight forward. The intake agent was very helpful in explaining the process to me. The insolvency expert was outstanding. She gave me tips on how to go through a successful consumer proposal by budgeting and also avoid unplanned over spending.

Overall my experience has been positive. However, the intake individual did seem to have some difficulty with some of my questions and did become exasperated with me. (and me with them)
Fortunately, once I was further into making the difficult decision to seek debt consolidation, and a smooth transition, I had no difficulties and any questions were answered quickly and clearly.
Only a few months after everything was in place I encountered a medical emergency that left me in the extremely difficult position of needing ongoing medications that were beyond my limited income. Harris and Partners were able to provide me with a hold on two payments to give me time to rework my budget. It may not have been a perfect solution, but it certainly helped to lower my major concerns for my ongoing medical needs.
Dates are a bit hazy.
